Indiana Jones Adventure refurbishment

So we learned, if they want to fix things they can rather quickly. Instead it is the Six Flags policy of let it rot for years, then fix or replace really quickly.

Of course, MM has had things rotting since Carter while Disneyland only since Clinton.

Any POVs yet? I’d love to see what replaced the rats. I assumed it would be the fire-breathing statue like they have in Tokyo but it sounds like it’s a new effect that’s DL exclusive?

It almost feels like too much detail. Now get rid of the plywood skeletons and put in moving AA skeletons in the hallway.

The changes I've read about sound great! No Chamber of Destiny but it sounds like just about everything else (including the queue!) was given a refresh, there's updating lighting and a new scene to replace the awful rat projection! Super stoked to see all this in person.

It probably looks a lot better in person. I wouldn't mind them replacing the bugs with something similar.

I don’t mind the bugs. I’m sure they can do better but there is also the possibility they go over the top. Which may be the case with some of the new projections they just added.

This was posted within the last hour. It's got the best lighting exposure of ones I've seen so far and this one has the Observatory of the Future effects. You can also see the new projections in the old rat room better.

Maybe the Mara head can shoot a laser beam that creates a projection mapped damage to the columns? Kind of like the battle damage in ROTR.
