Sunset works alongside Hollywood blvd to create a cohesive front area of the park.
Lots of other areas that need fixing at DHS, Sunset isn't one of them

While they're at it, all of American Waterfront would be a great addition to DHS
Yeah, you'd have to keep the Sunset facade and have a 'land' that works with that facade (unlike what RnRC does now). So, e.g., if that were to become an allowable superhero land, you can retheme ToT to Doctor Strange (with almost no changes to the outward appearance), make RcRC an Incredicoaster with a facade that actually works for Sunset. And between Fairfax and Theater of the Stars, bulldoze both of them them and put up a better enclosed ride(s), theater, restaurant (more GotG, and Big Hero 6) with fitting facades. I'm sure there's a way to merge the 50's aesthetic of Metro Ville with 50's Hollywood.
You could fit 5 maybe 6 spinners in there!

A Tangled show has been rumored for several years with Jim driving the bus.
Both BatB and Ariel currently have help-wanteds for singers. So... they're not going away any time in the immediate future.

Probably not. But until the time comes that they are closing the show must go on.
Remember there were people training at GMR when it was announced it was closing in a matter of weeks.

Is there room behind the new BatB additions at the MK? It would be a huge plus.

There's a couple of expansion pads in back of Fantasyland.
WRT BatB going to MK...
Therefor, if one wants the new BatB to come to MK, choose two rides for it to replace.
1. The expansion pads that are available are increasingly difficult to access and utilize.
2. MK doesn't need more rides. It has 27 while the other three have about 9 each. The last thing MK needs is an additional E-Ticket until all the other parks are beefed up in the rides category.
Therefor, if one wants the new BatB to come to MK, choose two rides for it to replace.
