I agree, but now Al Franken's radio program has more listeners than O'Reilly, so I wonder how he feels now...

Really? Who said this, Michael Moore? O'Reilly's radio program is on far more stations across the country. Stuart Smalley is on Air America, which no one listens to, from all reports

I can't believe that. We watch Bill every night except last night the wife and I were umm...busy...

What did you write him about?

I'd say I'm ticked about missing it, but umm...yeah...err...nevermind.

Now go answer my email!

Kevin, I loved that little smirk he gave after he read your email. I was laughing out loud too, and my dad didn't get it. And, as for a little comment on the side, since it seems righteous for some to be able to make such comments, I find Al Franken's Air America to be unintentionally the funniest radio I've ever heard. That said, my favourite show on tv is still Hannity and Colmes. I believe it gives a more balanced opinion. It allows us to see both sides at one time and then choose for ourselves. :)

Not to get into a whole political issue but I do not like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh types. To me they are just mouth pieces for the Republicans, just as much as Al Fraken is for the Democrats. I like Bill O'Reilly because he is not an "ideolgue". He has an opinion about something and backs it up. He doesn't just "tow the party line". Granted he may lean to the Right on his views, but I respect someone, not neccesarily agree with everything, who doesn't have an axe to grind and gives their HONEST opinion.

For those of you who did not see the show, it was in response to his interview the previous night with former Mayor of San Francisco, Willie Brown.
(Willie Brown is known for calling QB Elvis Gerback a "miserable human being" since the 49'ers lost a regular season football game years ago. He was upset with Elvis's performance that day)

I felt that Bill went very "soft" on him and didn't pin him down and make him answer the tough questions, so my email was:

"Bill, since when have you become Larry King? You laid down for Willie Brown more than the French did for the Germans."

But they edited out the last part about the French and Germans. For those of you who don't understand the Larry King part - people go on Larry King's show cause he's a softball interview. Never aks the tough questions and a guest can go on there and run their agenda unopposed, since Larry is a butt kisser  Also, O'Reilly always says how Fox News kills CNN in the ratings, so I thought it was a nice analogy :D

There was an Al SHARPTON replay, if that is what you mean.

Years ago when only people in NY knew of Al Sharpton, he held a protest in front of my parents neighbors house. The guy was the President of the NY Police Department and a kid had been shot in the city and the officer's were not charged. It was kinda weird :)

Thats right, Sharpton......I originally started watching Bill when I saw him voice his concern over Pepsi and Pudacris....when I saw how many people who view the show and wrote Pepsi, and in response, Pepsi pulled him, I was intrigued; that's alot of clout! His books are good too!
