I still laugh when this thread is brought back out of the past. To those that seem to hate this thread so much, why do you respond at all?? It looks like my October trip is not going to happen. My bowling alley is in full swing and as my kids get older, it's harder to justify pulling them out of school. To all those that wish to say hi to my "friends", good luck!! I would like to see these people again someday. Maybe by then, they will have learned their lesson and apoligize to me and offer me a free planter!! :rolleyes: Or maybe I'll just hug them and walk away...... :kiss: Have for me everyone!! For those that are sick of this thread, then why are you still reading my comments all the way through?? Lighten everyone and have fun while your there. :wave:

Agreed Badger! I personally think it's the funniest thing I've read in a loooong time.

I think I understand how "hot under the collar" you must have been. I know I would have and even though I am a woman, I can have quite a temper. (Just ask DH.) But, since your birthday is 1 day before my youngest son's, I can REALLY understand how ed you must have been. Let's just say I know a thing or two about Scorpios and I sure wouldn't want to pis* one off :lol: !

As for sending these people "gifts" from all of us that is one of the funniest and most clever ideas I've heard yet! (Though the T-shirts were priceless too.)

Count me in, I personally vote for the Mormon Bibles as the main course and the personal lubricant as dessert! It's almost like the 2 go "hand-in-hand" wouldn't you say? :lol: (I know, that was awful but I couldn't resist :lookaroun )

So, what do I have to do to send our beloved friends some care packages???

Just thought I would say I saw them today, but didn't have my camera and/or camcorder with me. I'm going back tomorrow to get some video of Voices of Liberty, and might have another board member work on doing something with them.

I was actually trying to ignore them... I was taking pics of the merchandise in the booth next door... namely, the pins for a pindork friend of mine. Well, I guess I held the camera a degree off between shots, and the a-hole starts shouting at me not to take photos. I shout back that I'm not and I walk up to him, to tell him again that I took no pics. Well it progressed from there, and to spite him, I took photos of his stuff right in front of him... and then I walked up to him and snapped a shot of him and the trollwoman and said I'm taking those to guest relations.

I feel vindicated for no real reason :D

on the good side, I met Mr. Stephen Twining, of Twinings Tea... and he's really cool and autographed my tin of Orange Pekoe Tea.

Expect the few pics I actually took in about 5 mins.

Last bit, I am going to plug the Sandisk Extreme Series of Memory... fastest writing sony memory sticks ever.

Hey, mkt was at Epcot the same time as me!

I was at the booth in the morning and first saw strange-plant holders, then the no-photo sign, and had deja vu. Then i remembered this thread ;)

I went to the vanilla demonstration - i'm guessing you went to the tea one?

yup.. I went to the tea one, and the German Keg Tapping ceremony. I was kinda disappointed I wasn't to do international beers, but that's what next weekend is for.
