I guess you just have to see that some people are easily offended, but will shoot off at the mouth whenever they think they are right. The latter is DO182's problem. It's sort of the "dish it out but can't take it" thing. She came on here and insulted us all as a group, particuarly our younger audience. Anyone who would do this doesn't belong here...if she was mad, why did she have to post an "I quit" message? Most people just fade away.
I think her view on teenagers is a bit off-base. Maybe teaching 6th grade has warped your perception a bit, but 6th grade and teenagers are not the same thing. The teenage years we all go through a lot of maturing, so there will be a big difference between the guys you teach, and say, disjosh. Also, being in charge of that many young people all the time may make you think that we are all that age, and you can just push us around. Well, I'm 23, engaged, holding a good job, a graduate of college, and I think I'm pretty smart, so I guess I'll be the first exception to what you think we are.
Most people on here are pretty open-minded and fun-loving. It's too bad that you aren't. If you can't take a joke, i have pity on your soul...for it truely has never lived.
