I made one in advance of the storm. I figured they would limit guests.I think if us AP's already have a park pass for tomorrow we're good

Not far. I am in Four Corners and been fortunate to not lose power ever in the 8+ years. My daughter in Dundee just got power back after about 15 hours. Quicker than expected.

I didn’t think they ever scheduled Friday anymore. Mostly every Monday, and usually Wed too but sometimes that night get switched to Thursday. It was nice while it lasted, lol, thinking WDW went out of their way to protect guest experience
Locals probably cleaning up home area after Milton instead of playing in the parks post hurricane.

Great to see everything will be back to mostly normal operation tomorrow! Pools at least are open today. Wasn't sure if they had the lifeguards to staff but they're here!
Back in the day resort pools were open 24/7 no lifeguard at night. Liked swimming laps at the pool adjacent to Casita 4 at Coronado.

yeah, I was really watching Milton as it crossed the gulf just cause i was worried it might scrape by us here in NOLA. Milton broke a lot of records

Once they finish putting the castle back up and all the sections together prior to laying it all out and strapping I all the sections down on Main Street, they should be good to open. They will never have the park seen with the castle disassembled.

Atleast the property doesn't look too bad, tree debris is always expected but seems Disney missed out on anything too major. Hopefully none of the favorite trash cans were relocated

I saw elsewhere that a very large tree at AK Jambo was knocked over during the storm but seems the only damage is it cracked up some of the walkway concrete and they are already working on it.

No, no - they store it all in the underground tunnels.
They have a whole city under the entire resort. Underground Roads connecting all the resort hotels, etc. Plenty of space for a castle.
It’s a wonder they didn’t just make alll the parks retractable into the ground. Would have been so convenient.

I thought MK lowers the castle into the ground during severe weather. Just dips down into the utilidoors
