Linemen, National Guard, and other first responders. I found that a curious choice for a staging area given the location and roof design. Hope all fared well.isn't that where they had recovery personnel sleeping in cots until the storm passed too?
Sure, but most folks aren’t coming off emergency response crews in the Carolina’s, and most folks aren’t going to be expected to work round the clock for the next few days restoring power and clearing debrisTo be fair, most folks in the storm's path aren't either.
