University of Central Florida, in the Orlando area. It's a trade school for kids who couldn't get into a real college, like USF. ;)

Now that's a cool idea. Bathtub upstairs for water, downstairs one for toilet and bathing....
The good news is that Amazon carries them, and if you can get one- or two-day delivery, you could get it and have it full by Saturday morning.

It's the largest school in the SUS. Right, yeah, USF, not a pre-eminent institution like FSU...

Blizzard Beach is closing on Friday and Saturday? The weather Friday will be gorgeous in Orlando. Any idea why they'd close BB but not TL ?

Truly makes no sense to me. This seems like a Sunday/Monday event... and they are closing on Friday. Meh.

Might be for "operational" reasons. There really won't be a need to keep both water parks open Friday (they would probably be pretty quiet this time of year even without the storm) and this gives them an extra day to secure Blizzard Beach in advance and possibly send cast members to other locations on property to do pre-storm prep.

It's about time that someone wrote a story on it. Disgusting

As I've said before, these are pricing algorithms at work due to the high demand. They are not intentionally quoting $3k fares to get to Atlanta. Could they force lower prices? Of course, but the fact that the algorithms produce the insane prices to begin with means that the flights are likely overbooked as it is, so there are no more seats to be sold. In normal circumstances people would not show up for their flight and there would, in fact, still be seats on the plane but not in this case.

Only in student FTE. Only FSU and UF are pre-eminent institutions....

Do you know who gave that to them?

But knowing what is going on there should be a way to override that.

Not part of the SUS. Ol' Suntan U...ranks no where near FSU or UF academically. Hate to admit this, but UF is a member of the AAU.

UM is a private school. So there's differences.

FSU and UF have some good, actually great programs.. but UM is the better academic school when you look deeper.

One would think that in this day and age where the probability of the airlines getting reported to the Attorney General for price gouging is near 100%. they would either put a cap on the price or at minimum, return an error.
