Yup, I've heard about it. I've heard a lot of people put the ashes in their pockets and cut holes in it so the ashes leek out slowly as they walk about the park. 
But a friend and I have discussed this, and I've decided I want part of me in Haunted Mansion (as they're not allowed to dust!) and in the gardens in the UK pavilion, since that's my favorite. Oh yeah.
One of our conversations was like this:
"Mom wants her ashes to be put in Haunted Mansion."
"Yeah, that would be cool. 'C'mon kids, let's go visit Grandma!"
"That's great. 'Which bit is she?' 'That one, right there, next to the piano.'"
"Oh, yeah."

You gotta think about the other guests though. Nobody wants to swallow a bit of your dearly departed as it floats through the park.
