We opened our temporary location offices without office furniture, telephone or internet service on October 3, but over the course of the month, we have had all these things gradually provided. Now all we lack is . . . FILING CABINETS! (should arrive this week) Even so, I speak to people in other offices along the coast who haven't yet been able to reopen their offices, so we are doing well by comparison. We hope to be back in our regular building by mid-summer next year.tigsmom said:How is the office coming along?
And the house you had to redo?
HUGGLES
The house - I have an appointment with my adjuster to view the house tomorrow. In the past two days, I have been told the last remaining trees down in my yard will be cleared by a volunteer group from my church. :sohappy: The house is on the market for sale "as is" and as insurance money is disbursed, we will start restoring it until someone buys it or it is fully restored, whichever comes first.
Impatience is one of my largest weaknesses, so I am learning through all of this.
Thanks for asking - and **huggles**
