So....

Raglan Road was DELICIOUS! I can't wait to go again, might have to make another trip this coming week. :slurp:

Adventurer's Club was amazing. I only caught the Maid's Show and the Hoopla, because I was busy talking with Joe Rohde the rest of the night! :D (update in News and Rumors for those interested)

edit: forgot: *HUGGLES* :sohappy:

We had massive rain all night, and now they're evacuating some places (fortunately not here, but I have to work today, and the place where I work is quite close to a lake, so I'm a little nervous about that. They say the sun will be back tomorrow, or possibly even late thisa afternoon, but with it will come very high winds, so they expect lots of power outages.

We're getting those winds here. Right now it's partly cloudy, but I'll take that over what we had all week. Some folks have really had a hard time of it due to the weather. Lot of evacuations in the Philly area, too! Our condo complex is right on the river, but luckily the banks are high on this side. You have to feel blessed when you see what could happen. Wonder what the winter will bring?

I've had the same thoughts about the winter, and it didn't help when the local weather girl said "Imagine if this had been snow?" We'd have like 12 feet or something like that.

*really need to move to Florida huggles*

Well I've put this off long enough - time to go to work.

Uponastar, if I don't get to talk to you again before you go, have a wonderful vacation (enjoy your coffee, Mr.Uponastar!), and I'll probably talk to you on Halloween (I'll be the fish in the pirate costume :animwink: ).

*Really don't want to drive in this rain huggles*

Saturday morning huggles

Looks like it finally stopped raining! :sohappy: No sun yet, but they promised me some for later this morning. All I can say is thank god we were in a drought of this could have been a whole lot worse. As it is some communities are heavily flooded and the Delaware & Walkill Rivers have crested at well above flood stage. We have had over a foot of rain since last Saturday and that would have been enough snow to almost bury my house.

Maybe we will have a dry winter?

good morning *huggles*! Yea! It's Saturday...although that means that I actually have to study today... :( Oh well, once I get this upcoming week done, it's smooth sailing. (hopefully)

Mad, good luck on that dry winter thing! :p

Taking a break from my Science Project *huggles*

It finally stopped raining here!!! This is the first completely dry day since last Saturday. We even have sunshine! Flooding is a bit of a problem, nothing major though.

Saturday afternoon *huggles* for everyone that wants 'em.

We ended up losing out homecoming game last night. Really badly. 61-14. Yea. But the good news... everyone was expecting it. it's kind of a running joke these days. At least the band was good. Our theme is West Side Story.

Anyway. I better get back to getting ready for the homecoming dance.
