The date is still TBA, but Sara and Jason have been together for five years, and he's a member of the family already - very familiar with both our refrigerator and our washing machine! In fact, my husband told Sara that if they hadn't gotten engaged, he would have adopted Jason anyway. :lol:

She just e-mailed us with a job update - he was offered a great job yesterday, and was offered two more today! Woo hoo!!! (I think he's going to take the first one, though, because he really liked the company, the people, and the position. He has to decide by the end of the week.)

Huggles to Kirsten, doing all that homework, and everybody else, too!!! :wave:

I've been gone at either work or school constantly for the last couple of weeks, with just enough time to come home, check messages, and sleep. I haven't even had time to do my homework! So now I'm way behind on that, too, and get to spend my evenings doing that for the next few days to try to catch up. :(

Out of curiosity, I typed in www.huggles.com and found this great poem.

It's wonderous what a hug can do. A hug can cheer you when you're blue.
A hug can say, "I love you so," or "Gee, I hate to see you go."
A hug is, "Welcome back again!" and "Great to see you!" or "Where've you been?"
A hug can soothe a small child's pain and bring a rainbow after rain.
The hug! There's just no doubt about it, we scarcely could survive without it.
A hug delights and warms and charms, it must be why God gave us arms.
Hugs are great for fathers and mothers, sweet for sisters, swell for brothers,
and chances are some favorite aunts love them more than potted plants.
Kittens crave them. Puppies love them. Heads of state are not above them.
A hug can break the language barrier, and make the dullest day seem merrier.
No need to fret about the store of 'em. The more you give, the more there are of them.
So stretch those arms without delay and give someone a hug today!

Pre-TGIF huggles to all!

I am proud to say that I've been productive today! I sat in the computer lab at school for a long time (*mostly* doing schoolwork ;)) then came home and just spent 3 hours doing my physics homework that's due tomorrow. So now I'm rewarding myself by watching the Farscape marathon episodes taped while I was in class today, and eating all the Halloween candy I'm starting to hoard! :lol:

Sugarsugarsugarsugarsugar... *dives into the bag of Nerds* :slurp:

Nerds and Smarties were my secret weapons while studying for my finals...never coffee because it made me too sleepy.
