I feel a little better. The pain isn't as great but I still have a hard time eating, talking, and anything involving my mouth... damn sea witch. You?

I blame the sea witch for my cold, too. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better...soon you will feel like your normal self and setting speck's pants on fire again :lookaroun

I'm feeling a bit better today, but I still can't talk...my brother and his roommate must be happy about that  .

You should've seen me in class today. We were doing group discussion and I don't think a single coherent word came out of my mouth.

So I left my job today. It was really supposed to be just a summer job, but I kept working there. But now schoolwork is starting to pick up. I think I still would have the time for the job, but I would pretty much sacrifice any other time I have. My whole week would be devoted to school and then work. And I really value my free time, it keeps me sane... well, somewhat. I never want an all-nighter again. It was a nonpaying job anyway, I was doing it more for the experience. I felt bad about leaving though, it was nice. I handed in my badge and my boss said if I ever wanted to come back, the door would always be open for me. So that's good. He also said when I graduate, the company which is just a startup will prolly have the funding they need, and they could hire me as a full-time worker with pay. It's nice to know I have something to fall back on if my career search doesn't start out well.

Isn't it good to know that your work was valued. Good for you!

Happy hump day huggles! I'm off to the San Diego Zoo for my Behavioral Ecology lab class today - yay! I can't wait until Sunday - my first day to relax in a long time. I've been gone at either work or school constantly for the last couple of weeks, with just enough time to come home, check messages, and sleep. I haven't even had time to do my homework! So now I'm way behind on that, too, and get to spend my evenings doing that for the next few days to try to catch up. :(
