Shrimp macaroni salad? My mom always made macaroni salad (diced onions, celery, mayo) and added tiny shrimp...haven't had that for years. *sigh*

Yep, that's the stuff - we always make it with ring macaroni instead of elbow macaroni. I'll be up to my neck in it this weekend - 4th of July family reunion down at my parents' house in Stony Brook!

Today is a very special day for me, it's the anniversary of the day that changed my life forever. This morning, 3 years ago, I walked down Mainstreet U.S.A. and saw Cinderella Castle for the very first time. Since that moment, I have never been the same. For the first time in my life, I felt what "magic" was. July 2, 2001, a day I will always hold in my heart.
