If you followed him for a while, and listened to their podcasts, you'd know he is a master of sarcasm.

They're almost certainly sarcastic as far as i'm concerned. I've not listened to the podcasts, but i'm familiar with his tweets and posts. It's pretty well known how HTF feels about WDW and its pixie snorting fans who can't handle criticism of their parks (especially those who detest Universal due to blind loyalty to the mouse). I'm not sure if he himself was ever much of a WDW fan or not (he probably once was like many of us), but he's pretty much constantly negative towards it currently. He consistently takes jabs at WDW and its fans on twitter and forums (while offering constant praise for Universal). This isn't intended as an insult to him or anything btw as i'm far from happy with WDW these days myself. But I wouldn't put it past him to direct some foamer-inciting sarasm at WDW and its fanbase.
The part about buying Disney passes sounds especially sarcastic given his track record. He mentioned 3 of the 4 Disney parks would be getting a Frozen presence. Magic Kingdom is already spoken for with the meet and greet, and he merely repeated the (reportedly heavily value engineered) Maelstrom conversion. Hollywood Studios will possibly get a Frozen stage show in the not too distant future as has been rumored. So that kind of covers all the 3/4 parks he mentioned. The E ticket comment sounds particularly sarcastic. There's no way in hell that I could see HTF buying Disney passes for meet and greets, a stage show, and a value engineered overlay of a pre-existing ride. His comments about Frozen coming to 3/4 WDW parks are almost certainly true (it's already in one, soon to be two with Maelstrom, and three is likely to come to DHS), but his comments about there being E tickets and wanting Disney passes i'm going to assume are clear sarcasm until told otherwise.

But the beauty of it is, no one will ever know. When nothing comes, and nothing is greenlit, he can provide the same excuse as everyone else: things changed, my info was right, until it wasn't.
