HTF Tweets

He tweeted it right after the Disney one... and used #greenlit in both

Yeah, looking at them in context of his twitter page, they almost assuredly are related. Especially with the same hashtag.

Of course, there is also the possibility of him just playing a cruel joke, but it doesn't seem like his style. He might be being a bit premature in something be approved though.

I think this needs to be posted again before speculation runs too wild.
OK I figured it all out:

The guys from OU (Drew, HTF, BRiMan) are planning, in october, doing all for WDW parks in 1 day... Possibly recording their podcast as they do it. HTF says looks like he'll be buying Disney passes soon because, well, in order to do the 4 parks in 1 day, he will need passes. So that takes care of that comment. As for the #greenlit, well, the guys were planning on how they can do such a chore, and on what day, and have finally come to a decision and approved of the venture. therefore m, GREENLIT. #Disney, #disneyworld means simply, they are going to Disney World, nothing more..

Then the fan community goes bonkers thinking he is hinting at major expansions coming... He tweets People acting like Eticket(s) be coming or something... #greenlit because that is how people were acting... then tosses the #greenlit in there for some extra poking fun at the hysteria of the masses who think he really is hinting at something, and he laughs and laughs and laughs as he keeps tweeting Uni information and Potter updates.

Yes? No? Maybe? ah it was worth a shot... LOL

True, but is "greenlit" a Disney specific term? I don't mean that in a sarcastic way, it's a genuine question... if not, that could still be coincidence.

And @AtHomeBoy_2000 I've seen "e-ticket" used to reference HP and other Uni attractions several times.

"greenlit" is not a Disney or even theme park specific word, it is used most frequently in the entertainment industry as the term for when a particular project gets "approved for funding"...as in "green light to go."

That's exactly what I thought. So, just because that one hashtag was used in both tweets doesn't prove anything really... if we're interpreting this based on hashtags, then the fact that one specifies Disney and the other does not seems to make the argument of "these both HAVE to be about Disney because they both have the greenlit hashtag" less sturdy.

I'm not saying he WASN'T talking about Disney, because I have no idea. My point was it's pointless to read too much into all of this just yet.

here are the three tweets. He doesnt connect them to say there are 3 e-ticket Frozen attractions. In fact, the Frozen tweet was sent 16 hours (and several tweets) later...

Frozen will be represented at 3 of the 4 Disney Parks #Disney #Frozen #comingsoon

I'd also like to point out someone asked him time frame and he said depending on the closure of maelstrom all of the new frozen stuff should be completed in 18-24 months.

Even if he's right and things are coming (such as Frozen in the three parks, which we all pretty much "know"), he could have still been sarcastic about the Disney passes and e-ticket comment. Instead of implying great things, he could really be basically mocking them that it's nothing major and that they aren't really E-Tickets. I'd imagine it's the latter.

Who wants to bet that HTF is reading this whole thread laughing his head off

The funny thing is, one of his most recent tweets was bragging he now has over 2300 followers. I like HTF, don't get me wrong, but I also feel he is slowly falling into this whole false fame nonsense with the amount of twitter followers one has... almost as if he is trying to make up for a lack of something in his life, and twitter fulfills it or something... I don't know. But it does appear to me he is hellbent on "internet" fame and popularity, and will tweet just about anything to get it... and fanboys fall right into the trap. I hope he doesn't become just another one of those but it appears he is slowly heading that way.

I know I am.

How can you not? :) This is one of the funniest threads in a long time.

I think some of you may be right about his sarcasm but if he is not being sarcastic, would he still write he is buying Disney passes soon? If he is serious (and I have followed HTF for a bit), it would take a lot for him to openly say he is buying passes
