I live in CT and before this year I would go down only once every year. This year alone I have been down there three times. All three times I was there was for school. I move down to Orlando Wed.

I live in central MS, and my family never took vacations. My husband's father is an insurance agent, and he went everywhere as a kid. But now he has no desire to vacation. I hadn't been anywhere except our honeymoon 10 years ago in Gatlinburg. So when we came into some money this year (I teach, so this is rare!) I immediately started researching Disney. He had been as a child and hated it. My mother in law went with me and the kids (9 and 6) from July 9 until July 14. It was supposed to be a once in a lifetime vacation. I LOVED it. My husband doesn't understand why I'm still constantly on these boards. I just can't get enough. I'm planning an October (we have a 2 day fall break so I could stay Thur-Sun) 2007 trip for the Halloween party, a 2008 Thanksgiving trip (we are off the whole week), and a 2009 Christmas trip (Christmas should fall towards the end of the week then so I'll be off work the week before). I am a certified Disney nut! I'll just have to figure out a way to squeeze the money out! And he knows we'll be going with him or without (3 is cheaper than 4!) We'll have to stay value (we loved the All Star Sports), and fly Southwest (only an hour and 45 mins).:) I'm thinking Pop next year. My dream is to spend Christmas at the Polynesian in 2009.

I live outside of Washington D.C. In the past 4 years we have averaged about 3 visits a year. Thats because we are now DVC members. Many of these are 4 day trips. Prior to being DVC members we averaged over the past 10 years about 1 trip every 18 months.
We have now sort of made a tradition of going in September for NOJ and once during the Holiday season.

We can get good deals on Airtran or Southwest from Baltimore, plus cedit card airmiles can usually get us one free trip a year. :D Which we are using to fly for free this Sept. 7th-11th :sohappy:

I live in West Palm Beach, FL...it usually takes me about 2 hours to get to WDW when I go so obviously I'm not there all the time. I have a seasonal pass...if I lived in Orlando I'd get the annual, but I go maybe once a month for a few days, except during the blackout periods. When I move to Orlando in January though I'm sure I'll be there whenever I have time off from work. :D

I actually was just up there yesterday. My friend and I just decided out of the blue that we wanted to drive up for the day so we went and even though it was way too short we had a blast. :)

We live in Minnesota and we go once a year for 10 nights. I would love to go more times a year, but my husband thinks one is enough.

We live in Illinois, across the Mississippi River from St. Louis Mo. Takes us about 18 hours (with two children) to drive to WDW. If we can get cheap airfare we fly. We used to go for 10+ days every two years. Then we started going once a year. From June of 2004 -May of 2005 we made 3 trips each over 10 days long including one great Christmas season! (that year we had ap's.) We haven't been since May 2005 but we are going back Dec 22- Jan 1st and then back again in June of 2007. We'd love to go twice a year all the time but that doesn't usually happen.

I live in Pennsylvania and I go on average once every 1-3 years. I've flown there all but once; when I was performing there we had to go on a bus.

I grew up in Fort Lauderdale and we had Annual passes. We went at least once a month for years and years, sometimes more.

But, now I live in North Carolina. These days I try to get to WDW once every 2-3 years, unless some deal comes along that's too good to pass up. I sure do miss living close and being able to go whenever we want. i seriously feel like that was the biggest loss of the entire move from Florida.

I live in TN, 10 hours away, and we will be making our 4th trip this year in October. We drive overnight since we have 4 kids, and they sleep on the way. According to the WDW reservation line, this will be our 16th trip since 1998. We've been averaging 2-3 trips per year over the past couple of years.
