How many nights have you slept in a Disney hotel

Oh goodness. Let's see if I can count it all out:

2004 - 7
2005 - 9
2006 - 9
2007 - 19
2008 - 10
2009 - 10
2010 - 20
2011 - 11
2012 - 2
2013 - 5

We fell off when we started doing pre-cruise stays without going to the parks. Haven't been in any of the 4 parks since 2011, actually. So total nights for me thus far would be 102.

What's killin' me is the total number of nights I'll have spent on a cruise ship in 2013: 4 Disney cruises this year (8 night, 7 night, 4 night, & 7 night) + a 7-night on a Royal Caribbean for Thanksgiving = 33. That's over a month out of 2013 that I will have slept in a cruise ship bed. Insane! I promise you this is NOT going to be a norm for me or for our family. Just one of those bonus years, I guess. LOL!

Its a tough life - lucky you this year but a nice bonus with more nights to come for thanksgiving. Enjoy

First time on-property. 4 trips before that, so 20 days in-park by the time this trip wraps up. I guess we're kicking things off with a bang starting with a Bay lake view in Contemporary!

Sounds like a good place to start.

After 35 trips, I have lost count. I would guess about 225 though.

Don't know how many when I was a kid but I know my family stayed in the Polynesian and possibly the Contemporary in the 1970s. However, it will be 6 nights next week.

Seriously. This is not the norm and I'm almost hesitant to even verbalize it. It's been a crazy year to say the least. Honestly, I hope next year is a little more calm. I know I always say things like, "If I won the lottery I'm going on vacation forever!" Or, "I'd spend 3 months in Disney hotels or on Disney ships all in a row." After this year, I'm not so sure. There does come a point where home is a better place to be. I think I'd like the freedom to come & go without longing to be somewhere I'm not but ultimately home trumps all. But then, home is where we're all together so maybe the geography doesn't matter at all.

Around 70 -75 for us.

Just back a few days ago from 5 nights at POP and 5 at AKL; that got us to 120 nights, 102 in the past 6 years. Of those 120 nights, we visited parks about 118 days...sometimes only for 2-3 hours, but practically every day.

I never once slept. I stay up all night and yell at kids having fun and calling and complaining to the lobby every 12 minutes.
