How long does it take you to lose your mind while waiting on a stuck ride?

I think it really depends on the ride.

Getting stuck on a ride like Splash, Pirates, etc... gives you a chance to really take in everything. You can sit there and pay attention to the details, and possibly see things you had never noticed before.

Getting stuck on a ride like Small World...that's another story!

In August of 09, my family and I were stuck on the Safari adventure for close to 30 mins in the early AM waiting on animals to move. Got great shots, and a catnap! :snore:

I didn't think of counting that! That's happened to me several times. The first time was a five minute delay just before the main hippo area. The second time was about fifteen minutes in front of the main elephant area...and they were all there! It was foggy, but I was able to get some great shots of all the elephants. Then I got stuck in that same area again for about the same amount of time. It's worthwhile when the animals are on view!

my wife and I were stuck at the bottom of the last ramp before the last drop, we listened to those buzzards for almost 30 minutes before they walked us off the attraction, and by that time we knew just what they were going to say, how, and when, if it wasn't for the fact that I'm already bald, I'd have pulled my hair out:lol:

On our trip in Sept 2007, we got stuck on Splash Mt, right before the big drop. We had to listen to "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" over & over & over!!! After about 10 to 15 minutes, I thought I was going to go out of my mind!
Now we just laugh about it!

Wait... before? Or after the big drop? Cause they don't play Zip A Dee Doo Dah until after the drop.

Splash Mountain for two reasons

1) At the top of the hill: "Please don't throw me in the briar patch!! Briar patch???" Over and over and over again!

2) At the end after the drop - there are fans going and youre soaking wet! Yuck!

Spent around an hour stuck on POTC last March at the part where they chant, "We's wants the redhead, we's wants the redhead..." Luckily for us, they killed the volume after about a half an hour. We were chanting it that whole vacation and even now it brings a smile to our faces when we think of it. :p

Oh yeah, got some good pictures with the lights on too!

I got stuck on Buzz Lightyear a couple of months ago. I aimed at a target and just kept shooting and I ended up with my highest score ever :sohappy:

It might be fun to be stuck on RNRC upside down if possiable! :dazzle:
That's impossible. The train runs on gravity once it finishes launching. If the ride were to not have enough energy to make it through the inversions, it would simply roll back down to the lowest point in the track.

The only way for a train to get stuck upside down is if something CATASTROPHIC were to happen. An example would be if a wheel axle or something fell off the train causing the train to buckle and fall into the track between the rails. Thus, causing the cars to slam hard onto the ties that are holding the rails to the actual track spine and would probably slam you into the car in front of you, breaking your neck and injuring many others. But, it's Disney, so it's all okay.

Only been stuck on KS, which as previously mentioned is actually quite great... I think 15 extra minutes on IASW might make my head explode...
"Hey, where did his head go?"
"Looks like part of it is over there in Russia, part of it over there in China, and part of it is over there in France..."
"Wow, I guess it really is a small world!"
