Have you resized them or cropped at all?

No. The photos come straight off the hard drive. You don't have to resize them to put them on Facebook. I don't get why it happened to these pictures.

I'm trying out new avatars, but I'm having trouble with the ones of the kids together. Most of them are like the one above, Abby posing with the characters, Joel completely focused ON the characters. But that's them at Chef M's for breakfast. This year we'll be there for dinner.
