Good! Then you can shoot daggers at anyone who is mean to us because she's a baby...

Learn to shoot daggers back :lookaroun

Babies usually fly well, its the 2y/o that are a pain as they are curious, but don't understand that you can't bother everyone. Babies are cute, unless they are screaming. :zipit:

Or would it be Bettipoo?

I got Marc the Futurama movie for Christmas. It was good, I thought. Not old school Futurama, of course, but passable. I thought it was interesting that they tried to cram in as many of the recurring characters as humanly possible...What did you think?
The second half of it seems to drag, but it's otherwise pretty good. They did add enough characters in there, and some stuff for those who remember the show (Lucky clover, anyone? Or the fossilized dog?). It'll be interesting to see how these play out (I think they're contracted for three more movies, no?)

What's the news on Eragon? I'm out of the loop on that one!
Apparently the third book is coming out this September, but the kid decided to split it into two different books. So, I guess it'll be the Inheritance Trilogy with four books...?

I'm getting much better about shooting my own daggers these days! But it still helps to have lots of back-up!

Did they only screen for ADD? If they did they may have missed something else. They said the girls had ADD, but they really didn't fit the entire profile. The school psychologist was very thorough when he tested them, he tested for a very wide range of problems.
I took her to a psychologist and went though a battery of tests for ADD. I even talked to our reg doc. about just trying medicine for ADD and he wouldn't. I have 2 other children with ADD so that is why I had that done.

I ddp telling her that she has to prove that she is smart and she had to prove that she can do the work. I can't do it but she has too and I believe in her and I believe she is very smart.
I think the testing might be a good idea Susan - have they suggested it at all?

Oh, like when 2 year old DS decided it was great fun to pull down the tray attached to the seat in front of him, then slam it back up? :hammer:
And continue to do it, despite our pleas to stop? :hammer:

I can understand that. You may want to ask the school psychologist if they can screen for learning disabilities though, not ADD. There are so many different ones and they overlap in symptoms. I know it sounds like a pain, but if you do get a diagnosis a plan can be worked out and everyone will be happier. ((HUGS))

I'm sure they've got 3 more... and I called Fry from the very beginning. However, I'm not sure if they'll pull a Simpsons, where they don't ever acknowledge what happened before, or if they keep true to their own mythology, and keep moving forward. I think the next one's out in the spring sometime.

Huh... That's odd. Well, he's only, what, 19 or something? Apparently he took a leaf out of the Hobbit/LOTR trilogy/quad...

Traveling with kids is tough, thats one of the reasons we started to drive down.
