:lol: So cute!Hello - I'm back. Had to share: Abby was talking to one of her classmates as she got off the bus (she rides from another elementary back to ours so I can pick up), and I said to Joel: 'Oh look, Abby's talking to a boy'. He said 'No....no Abby!'

Dot: Been popping in and out. Not too much going on
Betty: Had a snow day, so DH is home from work.
Susan: has critters in her house. Her Cowboys lost.
Jo: Working for her dad. Not looking forward to school. Is going to New Orleans for Spring Break
Steph: had a tiny wedding meltdown. Is doing better. Now she's moving into a new apartment
Jenny: Joel's birthday is coming up
Nicole: studying for finals
Connor: being himself
Freddy: Popping in and out. Seeing Young Frankenstein this weekend, I believe
Vince: applied for a job as a CM. Is on the waitlist
Kristin: apparently had a rough weekend, but hasn't said what happened
Bunny: Leaves for Florida in 1 week
Amy: crazy as ever
Danny: graced us with his presence and scared people with roller coaster pics again
Mad: Her daughter Katie left for Florida today for school
Dana: doing well
Dan: George is still in the hospital. He's doing ok...but their still monitoring him
Me: made up (for the most part) with SIL. Going to Florida in 39 days (booked the trip on Fri!)
And those are the majors.

, Abby's is May 6th. I was just checking out walmart.com, they had a 1 gig for $78. How is it different from an MP3? - I don't have a clue here. :shrug:

Susan's not sure what kind of critters. She thinks they are mice.
And I'm very excited about my trip. It's not really gonna be much of a "Disney" trip though. Mostly a Florida trip.

I kind of cheat, I can see who posts in the thread and then I go off what I remember reading about that person recently.

You could always just get her an mp3 player. Mine was about $120 or so I believe. (WHF got it for me for my birthday) Those are "relatively" unexpensive. Or you could get her a Ipod shuffle. Those are around $80. They aren't as high tech as the actual Ipod is.

A plain old mp3 player is what I have, and it is even better than the regular ipod. I can get radio stations, pics, and video on mine and it cost a lot less then an ipod that can do the same.

They're all mp3 players. (mp3 is the type of music files on all of these devices.) The shuffles can hold about 120 songs and does not have a screen. I'm not sure how much 1 gig can hold... The songs either simply play in order or sheffle them around.Joel's is Thursday - the big 0-6

Gotcha - you're paying for the name.
I got Mike an MP3 from Phillips, 1 Gig, that was about $40. It's that whole 'compete with the cousin' thing...she's about three years older than Ab, and the only one at home, so it's name brand stuff for her, AND she just got her first cell phone. :brick:At least she didn't try to hit me up for that, she already knows my answer. Until she has after school activities and needs it for getting in touch with us, it isn't happening. :lol:
