Hollywood Studios Park Wide Changes Incoming?

I'm curious if the studios will look mainly untouched once SWL and TSL open? Will the park get a California Adventure style makeover at some point or is it going to be the same park with two new lands and a new name?
I would hope that Studios receives changes elsewhere, primarily at Echo Lake and Animation Courtyard.

Good question and I have no idea. The Mickey ride is rumored to go in where GMR is located, a star Tours re-themed you think to Indiana Jones since IJSS is close by and you never know if a ToT is safe ( ya never know if DLR Mission Breakout us a hit).

Yes, no and no. As it stands.
Sorry if this was already talked about. Is there plans to transform the rest of the park to IP driven areas? I know the GMR will be converted into a Mickey ride. However, are they going to change the other parts of the park into IP lands?

I hope when the two new lands are finished the park has a better flow of traffic. It drives me crazy that everything seems like a dead end road in HS. Go ride ToT and have to back track back the same way you came. Maybe the crowds would be a little better if everyone didn't have to go the same way.

When both lands are done, you'll have three passages to the left of the Main Stage (Echo Lake, Commissary, Toy Story) that connect to each other so that you can circle back a different way. We'll still have two passages to the right (Animation, Sunset) that both dead-end... unless they do something else which appears to be all blue sky at the moment.

Any recent talk about a replacement for Voyage of the Little Mermaid? I'd think they'd want to update that sooner than later, what with Toy Story Land about a year away from opening. Or close it down once the land opens.

I'm surprised Disney never decided to do a fifth gate dedicate to Pixar - Disney's Pixar Park. I know they don't need a fifth gate, but it's nice to dream...

"Pixar" is a studio, not a theme. That would be a terrible idea.

Tell me... what differentiates a Pixar movie from a Disney animated movie? For example, why couldn't Zootopia have been a Pixar movie, and The Good Dinosaur have been a WDAS movie? See, you can't answer that question, which is why that would be a terrible idea.

Which is why WDAS should never have gone into CG Animation. The distinction between WDAS and Pixar is now so loose they might as well be the same studio.

Not your CGI Disney rant again.

Ouch. Tell me how you really feel.

I'll just have to disagree with you on this one.

Does anyone know if the ugly light blue 1950's looking gate entrance to DHS will change? I really think that entrance can use a refresh.
