HI there okay I hope someone can help me I have a questions about tickets. I have never booked directly through Disney before. Well I mean I went through a travel agent but not through a company like Fun Sun . Okay I picked up my tickets for our trip and there is no voucher for our 10 MYW Park Hopper Tickets. There is a voucher for our hotel but nothing for tickets and its listed on our itenerary for our trip from Disney but no physical voucher with the bar code saying MYW hopper tickets. Shouldn't I have gotten that with my package that is how it was linked before. Or does Disney link it right through your hotel room. Help. I called Disney and gave them my res # but since it was booked through a travel agent they will not talk to me about it. I can't talk to my travel agent for 2 more days due to the Canadian Thanksgiving Holiday.:confused::cry: Oh and another thing I am worried about if they were suppose to be included with they replace them??? If they mail them this ticket package took over 2 weeks to get here according to the date on the package. What happens if they don't get here on time???

What type of package did you book?
Does it say anything like MYW PH on your hotel voucher ?
Does your itinerary list the tickets?
Does your hotel voucher state the package that you are on?

First of all, don't panic! Definitely check with your travel agent on Tuesday, but your park tickets should be bar-coded right into your room keys, which of course you will receive when you check in. You have a written itinerary from your travel agent, so you have it in writing that you are entitled to those tickets. If you want more detail, again, check with your travel agent, but don't worry! I'm sure it will all be fine.

Have a great trip!

I'd hate to tell you wrong, but I'm fairly certain that if it's listed on your itinerary sheet, you should be okay.

I just checked my packet, and I don't have a voucher for tickets either.......but, I don't ever remember getting one in the past 6 times I've gone. I think (and hope) you'll be ok.

In the past when we have booked packages we had our park tickets on the room keys, as well as DDP so they may not give you a voucher for the park tic's. And it doesn't sound right that they won't talk to you because you booked thru a TA. I would say tell them your problem and the reason you can't talk to the TA and they may accomidate you on your request. Good luck:animwink:

We booked a 10 Day Magic your Way Park Hopper....It does not say a word about it on our hotel voucher. ,,,Yes our itenerary lists the tickets.....The hotel voucher only describes the accomidations.

If I'm remembering correctly if you booked a package and not a room only reservation then it should just say what you get on your itinerary and then when you get there Disney has everything on your room key. However, if you booked a room only reservation and got tickets seperately then you should probably have gotten them. We did the package in August and all I had was a piece of paper that said we had 10 day park hoppers and the dining plan and it was all on my room key when we checked in. I would check with your travel agent but you should probably be fine:)

Thanks I tried that but they say that can't give me no info . I know other years when we checked in they put park tickets on our room key. However we still had to give them a voucher we recieved at home stating the ticket package we bought. Thats why I was so worried!

First of all whether booked through a travel agent or not they can tell you what your package consists of. The only thing they cannot talk to you about is pricing and agents commissions. Your park passes do not come with your package vouchers. Your park passes are part of your room key and it is programmed at check in for you. No need to panic...

They're telling you the truth at Central Reservations - since you booked through a travel agent, they really don't have access to your reservation details in their computer system! I'm sure you'll be fine, though. Calm down, and contact your travel agent on Tuesday.

There is absolutely no need to give the front desk a piece of paper to exchange for park tickets. In fact, there's no need to give them ANY papers at all.

If you booked a package (as opposed to room-only), your balance was due no later than 45 days prior to your trip. With WDW, a package is, by definition, at very least room reservation and park tickets. In other words, there is no such thing as a "package" that doesn't include parl tickets.

When you check in at your resort, the only physical thing that the CM will require from you is ID, so you can prove who you are. No vouchers required. No credit card required.

No, its absolutely right. If you book through an agent, Disney deals with the agent only.

You are fine, the hotel "voucher" only shows the room info. The tickets and everything else is listed on your itinerary/ confirmation, if it is correct you are fine.

Figment Mom..where did you get that information from? That is so not true. We have complete access to the reservations made by travel agents, how else could we make changes when needed or change to a special when available. I don't know who told you that, but that is not true. We were not allowed to give pricing details on a TA res to guest but we could certainly tell them what kind of package or tickets they were booked on...

You may be able to pick them up when you arrive at your resort.
That is how the dinner show tickets are dispersed.

I travel with AAA and always have but one time. Each time we go through a travel agent we never get the park tickets or hotel tickets/voucher until we check into the resort. You see when you stay on property, your room key is your park ticket. Only one thing you need to hold on to. Now the one time that I did not book through an agent and stayed off property, we received our park tickets in the mail about 2 weeks before the trip (this was about 5 years ago, so things may have changed since then but I think it is the same way still). Calm down and breathe for a moment! It will all be fine. Call your agent when you can and they will clarify everything for you! Oh and have fun on your trip!!

Hi there FarmGirl, Disney is telling you the correct thing. If your package is booked through an agent, the only person who can be spoken to by Disney about the package and any of its components is the agent who booked it. That being said, it definitely looks like you got a"package" and as Cleve Rocks says, there is no such thing as a package that doesnt include park tickets. Also as many people here have said, if you are staying on Disney property and booked your tickets as part of your package, your tickets will be encoded on your room key. If you are staying off property, obviously Disney cant put your ticket on another hotel's room key!!! That would be why they are sent separately. In your case all components of your package will be gotten to you at check in. Belle
