When did you use them? How was expierence, etc.... Just wondering.... We found them on one of these forums... and were thinking about using them, but have not found any reviews or other info on the web or anywhere else.

I was actually a customer for several years before I became a member of their team and I never received anything but the best service from them. They made things so easy for me. Instead of spending tons of time on the phone with Disney or on line searching for deals I simply sent them an email and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I would get the best rate on my room and there would be no problems.

I have used KK a couple times - they made the arrangements for my trip this month for a friend and I.
Pam is also working on a package for me for a very large group when I take my dancers to WDW to dance in August.
So, be assured they can handle solo trips or large group adventures. They are the easiest to work with, the most knowledgeable, nicest group of people and you can be comfortable that they will help you every step of the way.

This is my first time using them. So far I'm extremely happy with the service. Elizabeth is awesome. I booked one resort and when the military discount came out decided to change resorts. She did a wonderful job handling it. She's going to book our dining reservations for us and get us tickets to the halloween party when it's time. This is all stuff my sister has done for me in the past since we usually travel with her and her family. I'm glad I don't have to do it.

I have said this before.
I am an "book it yourself" kind of guy. However, a few months ago, after hearing about how great KK is, I decided to use them to book a Disney Cruise.
I e-mailed Marie and basicly said "I want to sometime between these two dates, and within this range of stateroom categories" Within maybe an hour, I got an email back with detailed price breakdowns for every of about 40 different day and stateroom combinations.
I took a look, made my decision, and sent her an e-mail. She got my phone number and we set up a time when she would call me. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone (of which about 20 was talking about WDW
) and then it was all set.
Very easy, very simple, and saved me a whole load of legwork. I heartly recommend them.

I am also a book it myself person. I did not feel like doing the legwork anymore and gave them a try. All I have to say is AWESOME!!!! You won't be disapointed.

My upcoming trip would have been booked through them had it not been for a CM friend of mine that did the leg work (i.e. discounts :lol: ). From the time I've joined this site, I've heard nothing but the utmost in praise of KK. My next WDW vacation will be fully trusted in their hands.
