Sorry I left all of a sudden last night after my announcement, but here's how it went: I was doing my homework on Wednesday night and my mom came in with the mail. I figured it'd just be some more general stuff, but then I read a form saying "Congratulations! You have been accepted for enrollment in the Florida Institute of Technology." My mom was sobbing over my shoulder the whole time. :lol:

Also attached was a statement that my scholarship will be $11,000 ($5,500 per semester). It's so early to have this news, especially considering Canadian schools mostly get their letters of acceptance out in late spring when it's too late to really get organized. Needless to say the 1-ton weight knows as realization hasn't hit me yet.
