Woohoo!!! Congrats Uncle Luke!! :sohappy::sohappy:
Report card day...Joel got all good, very good, and satisfactory's. Woot! Abby's is supposed to be mailed, and we get our mail late on Friday's so still waitin'.
HS drum corp went to the elementary and marched through the halls and got everyone psyched for the game tonight. They are friggin' AWESOME...Joel, however, didn't think so. My poor little man hated the loudness, and pouted w/ tears all the way to the car.
Guess if we want to see Abby in marching band someday we'll have to take turns. :shrug:

I am really doing my best right now to resist the urge to go take a nap.
I am such a fun person on Friday nights. :brick:
But I'll probably go to my school's football game tonight.
That'll be at least somewhat social in nature.

Being an uncle is GREAT -- you get to play with the little tyke, and as soon as they get cranky, you can hand them back to their Mommy. :lookaroun

Hello all, :wave:
Just in for a few minutes. Hope all is well. Had a meeting with the theater group that I am directing a show for in a little over a month. They had some "concerns" to address. Apparently, they were told by a member of another board that I directed for that I had stolen things when I directed for them 10 years ago. Not that I did, but get over it, it was ten years ago. There were some other issues that they were made aware of, which of course, I let them know that I left there on bad terms because of their unprofessionalism, etc. But that fact that they were spreading these lies to this other group which I am trying to work with. I felt like I was in high school. :brick: I understand the theater groups concern, but then again. I was of course a little miffed at the fact that I had to have a co-director when they told me that I would have an assistant director, which they admitted they had told me assistant first. So apparently I have this bad reputation so you shouldn't be hanging around with me, I'll understand if no one talks to me again.

Busy day for us today. Lots of cleaning so we can have people over tonight for the big game! Let's go PSU!! (Sorry Luke) Time to go clean and head to the grocery store so I can make some snacks. I'll have to attempt to be good during the game while company is here :lookaroun :lol:
