HSM3 comes out today!

Whoooo's excited? :lookaroun

They are pretty good, I sat down one Friday night [wow the social life must have been really slow that weekend ] and watched HSM and HSM2 on the Disney Channel and they really weren't bad. That music gets stuck in your head too like crazy.

Hi Jenny!

My parents always crack up about the Beverly Hills Chihuahua trailer. Apparently talking dogs are at the height of hillarity at the Smith house.

No, they really aren't bad at all. What drives me nuts is the over-marketing Disney does with them - that's what makes me tire quickly. But I'm always impressed by how hard those kids are working. It seems to be getting really good reviews too, so I'm actually looking forward to it myself.

Ah yes, chihuahuas....Steph's doggie looks like the only chihuahua I would ever want to meet....otherwise I could live without them. Joel would run around the house shouting the entire trailer when it first came out. Funny, but after a while....:brick::brick: I personally thought the whole movie was a joke when I first saw the trailer in the movie theater.....this is a spoof of a Disney flick, right??? Lo and behold, it is doing very well at the box office.

Now the one I am looking forward to seeing is Bolt. Because of the hamster. :ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL:

They have a cookie dough cupcake! :slurp::dazzle: OMG thank goodness none of their locations are near me.
That's the one I almost got...but ended up getting just a plain vanilla one. They just opened today :dazzle:

:D

Although he's going through a lil' stinker phase right now. Yesterday I got home and he'd gotten into a box of my Slim-Fast meal bars (my fault, they were in a shopping bag on the floor). I found 5 of the 6 bars "hidden" in various locations around the apartment like he does his bones (1 under my pillow, 1 shoved down in the sofa, behind the bedroom door, etc ). It was like an Easter egg hunt. All in the wrappers still except for 1, but I may have eaten that one on our trip and just shoved the wrapper back in the box...I do that sometimes. So I don't think he ate one. :lookaroun

I thought that was something we women did when we're hiding stuff from our kids...or spouses....:lookaroun Speaking of which, I'm starting my Cmas shopping next week, and I'm trying to think of where I can put stuff so the little goob can't find it. He is notoriously sneaky. :brick:

Is it sadder that I'm not even in HS and I'm all about those movies...:lookaroun
Well, maybe not exactly like a High Schooler would be...but I'm still excited to see it.

So what are you up to this weekend, Joe? Any road trips planned?

*snicker*

yeah, I figured I'd drive out to Syracuse, NY and play a game of tennis then come home...

JERK...

I'm going out tonight... and I've had a tough week, so I'm just going to be the man tonight. No questions asked... leaving the past behind me, and I'm going to be AWESOME...

Tomorrow night I'm going to the Bruins game... and then Sunday will be a recovery day...

how bout you? Any boring old person married stuff??

Whatever you do, do NOT go to D!ck's Last Resort in Faneuil Hall, have chocolate cake martinis, then ride one of those round multi-person bikes to another bar, where someone realizes they have a deck of cards and play Presidents and &*%$ in the middle of said bar.

Oh ha ha. Tonight ordering in and unpacking, tomorrow heading into the city to the Nebraska bar to watch the football game, and Sunday

It just always seems like the time between Halloween and Christmas just flies by....and Halloween is next week!

Tell me about it. We have Abby's costume, but we're making Joel's - one of our many project plans for next week. I have my candy - think I'm set there. After that I'll be planning on what to make for Thanksgiving at my mom's. Don't know how far you read back, but last Saturday I went to a benefit auction and won a bid on a chocolate lover's basket, which included a chocolate fountain. :slurp::slurp: I'll be taking that to mom's this year, but I want to bake things for dipping.

See, I have to wait and buy my trick-or-treat candy the day before Halloween....2 days tops. Otherwise, I'll eat it.

I saw the pic of the big Hershey bar when I was skimming but wasn't sure what it was from. That's awesome! :slurp:
