MK has a few decent counter services places, but I don't care for this one.
It is very ordinary food. Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Ray's and Pecos Bill's all have a better quality of food.
We found this out the hard way several years ago when our DS had a meltdown because he HAD to have pizza, and no place we went into had it - until we tried here! Whew!
We love this place, not so much for the food (which is decent), but because if you eat there when it's not crowded, you can get a seat at a window overlooking Small World and watch the boats go by.
I ate there once during a Halloween party. All the counter service places were closing down and they were cooking hot dogs made to order out of the back window. Unfortunately, they didn't make enough for everyone. Fortunately, we got our dogs before they completely shut down! :sohappy:
When I was 5, on my first trip to WDW, I remember looking up from our small world boat and thinking "That place must be the coolest place to eat ever!" It just seemed so cool that you could overlook the ride.
Ironically, I didn't end up eating there for 20 more years, despite more than a dozen trips to WDW in that time
Pinnochios Village Haus has the best pizza in the Magic Kingdom. Try to get a window seat overlooking It's a small world. It's an enjoyable way to pass time while dining!
Actually our favorite seats at Pinocchio's Village Haus are not the ones watching IaSM! We love to sit on the balcony that overlooks the soon-to-be Castle wall and the current line area for Dumbo. Most people don't realize that these seats are up here and they give a great people watching location. (when it is open, I consider the upstairs seats at Diamond Horseshoe to be similarly overlooked and good for people watching)
It's fine. Nothing to write home about. The pizza is pretty good tho. This place just always seems super crowded to me. We will only ever eat here at off times because it's usually FULL. Columbia House is close by and is hardly ever busy. I have yet to figure out why.
We stopped in here on one of our first trips with our son. Now it's a tradition that we get here early on one day of our trip to get a window table so we can wave as people enter It's A Small World. Pizza is good, but maybe an aquired taste.
