Big Thunder Mountain!

It's not a Disney trip till you ride it. It's the ride for me that puts that permanent smile on your face and you just think "I'm at Disneyworld!"

I can watch the pre show movie previews for a half hour alone.

Yes! The preshow trailers are the best. The Casablanca and Alien trailers were my favorites. But I agree, I could watch those over and over and not get tired. I sometimes don't want to move up in the line just so I can finish the full preview loop

Splash Mountain

Probably the happiest part for me is when you make it up the second lift hill and the melody to "How do you do?" starts playing. And when you make the right hand turn and see the castle, space mountain, and the contemporary (especially at night) with the music playing in the background, it always puts a smile on my face

You took the words right out of my mouth. This part of the ride always puts a smile on my face, and make me take a breath an say, "Ah, I'm here."

PS--A close second are Spaceship Earth and the Great Movie Ride, lots of nostalgia.

Another vote for Soarin'. I always smile as we are hang gliding all over the place and you feel the whole thing shake during the golf ball scene as people duck out of the way.

TTA. It's a great, relaxing ride where you can just absorb the ambiance of Tomorrowland. It's the perfect speed. I could ride it over and over again if other would let me!

Soarin !!! I think it is the music but every time we go my husband looks at me when the ride is over and says "oh God your crying?" what a sap I am

It's a Small World. This ride, for me, is the quintessential Disney ride. In my opinion it embodies everything that Disney began with.

And yes, I am aware that it did not open with Disneyland originally, but 11 years later. It still means everything that Disney means to me.

Dumbo! I loved Peter Pan and the Tea Cups, but something about Dumbo made me get that "OMG -- we're at Disney World!" feeling. Splash is second because I was terrified to have my (then 3 year old) son ride it and he was ECSTATIC! He still tells everyone that Splash Mt is his favorite ride -- and that makes me happy.

May sound crazy, but I love Living with the land. I get so excited because I like to try some of those techniques at my house. Mickey pumpkins this year.
