Hall of Presidents reduced operating hours this week for improvements

The more improvements, the better!!!:D

Tokyo Disneyland is going to close their Monster's Inc Ride and Go Seek for a month around March, I think, even though the attraction opened less than a year ago to make improvements as well.

I'm glad WDW decided they could do the same thing (even if they're not fully closing the attraction)
Now if only Space Mountain, SSE, and Everest could get a fix...

This is already a GREAT attraction!:D

:D

Glad to see it won't be closing along with getting enhancements.

LS keeps improving.
Proving that it IS possible and that should be how WDW operates on things like this.
The HOP marquee's paint was bubbling when I last saw it..
Ah. Sad.
So, stupid question...has Obama been added to HoP already, or are they still working on that?

Yep. Reopened July 4th.

One new change to hall of presidents is the finale music is back to the ending if "Battle Hymn of the Republic" as opposed to "America the Beautiful." I like this change a lot. I wish they would change that waving American flag graphic in the background though. I consider myself very patriotic but the screen at the end of the attraction reminds me too much of something you'd find on a football scoreboard. I like the initial image of the red sky, clouds, and stars making an American flag.
Also, the BGM in liberty square has changed. The music is no longer typical of colonial America it now has more of a small town 4th of July picnic quality. Not a big fan of it yet but maybe it will grow on me.

Thank God. The audio in HOP was so bad it almost ruined my vacation. Glad they're not closing the HOP completely to do this, because that really would ruin a lot of people's vacations.

Both "America the Beautiful" and the flag projections were things that I thought would bother me, but didn't when I saw it in person. "Hymn" seems more appropriate following a Lincoln speech than an Obama one IMO.

GASP! How interesting though. Liked the version of "Sons of Liberty" played in the old loop.

Woah, woah, woah, woah. Missed this.

BGM changes!? Ugh...LOVED the old one, I could listen to that loop for hours. :( At least it lives on at the AA.

Very anxious to hear it.

Just saw Hall of Presidents today. The background music during Lincoln's Gettysburg Address and Obama's speech, as well as the ending music, has been changed to Battle Hymn of the Republic. Personally, I like the change in music during Lincoln's speech, but not so much at the end of the show. I thought the rendition of America the Beautiful they were using before made for a much more powerful/dramatic ending than this version of Battle Hymn. I took some video during Lincoln's speech and I will post it as soon as possible.

As far as the new Liberty Square background music, it's not bad but I think that the old background music fit the theme of the land better.

:(

I know it's not really a big thing, but it's one of those tiny little details that was so perfect, so Disney, that it WAS a big issue. Really wanting to hear the new music...

Glad to hear Battle Hymn is back for Lincoln, but that doesn't make much sense for Obama.

Sounds look a good idea...Grrr...I want to say ore about that...But I won't.

Yep!

Honestly, I will miss "America the Beautiful" at the end. I thought it was the perfect way to end the show.

I would too, but how hard would it be to change it back? I'll at least give credit to WDI for experimenting.

And anyone who is skipping this new show is truly missing out on one of WDW's best attractions. It's vastly superior to the previous incarnation and I would argue it's the best version of the attraction to date. Even better than the original.
