I don't think it will happen as many rumors speculate UoE is where a new attraction will be....

You also have to reconsider that this will Ruin the Morroco Skyline from WS if they did do this.....

Does anyone have good pics of TOT from different views around the DLR? Would be interesting to make some photoshops to see how it will look

Well, that's that then. :p

Y'all should check out the Disneyland Twitter. It announced this farce, and the comments have NOT been...happy. I've never seen anything like it.

WDW1974...my mother thanks you, my brother thanks you, my uncle thanks you, and I thank you. We're all very ed, but at least we had some inkling this was coming because of your intrepid efforts to keep all us Disney Park fans informed. And at least our beloved Tower in WDW is safe, hopefully for the long term.

The concept art looks stupid IMO. Yeesh.

Remember, Disney had the ENTIRE catalog of Marvel properties available to them for DL and DCA...they could have made anything with Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, all of the Avengers together...but instead they make a crappy overlay to a more obscure (relatively) Marvel movie that's less family friendly.

I feel like ALL of this is because they wanted to use the same thing at WDW, as I mentioned before, and even though it seems the WDW TOT project is dead, they're STILL going along with this for DCA instead of making a real attraction that people would like and have good impressions about.

So they didn't pick the one you like. So what.

It makes zero sense to overlay an attraction with currently the only franchise Marvel can use in the east coast for the west. Only reason they did this was because it is a cheaper and easier way to draw people into that park. Like I'be said before it will be a great ride, but it is still disappointing how they got rid of such a fantastic attraction and then they just overlay it.

True what you said. We need people like you working for Disney. Not Bojo Iger.

Iron would've made more sense anyway. Stark Tower, or I guess now Avengers Tower. Oh wait could this mean they did this because it will completely change the shape of he Marvel universe???!!! Maybe I am overthinking this:oops: Iron Man is currently in testing in Hong Kong.

I think a lot of people missed the part of the announcement where they confirmed more stuff incoming. The 'lesser property' is getting the overlay. The Avengers are taking up Residence in their own mini-land to the North. Which is a new build.

While i am much more looking forward to Epcots attraction/land, the Tower looks hella cool and i like the idea of the queue space for the new attraction. seems like we are in for a Frozenstrom were the work to be done is fairly extensive and the only recognizable thing left is the ride mechanism
