I agree about the aliens in the queue. I would love that kind of theming in Tomorrowland.

Can't I enjoy things? You know, I don't just go to Disneyland to be unhappy and ride the same things over and over again and ironically enjoy their chintziness.

I'll admit Mission: Blow Out is a fun ride with some nice props but it's still just a screen filled rushed overlay no one asked for with probably the most hideous facade in a Disney park. DHS and WDS dodged a bullet.

I think it looks cool. It's nice to see something different than the now-standard Disney aesthetic of rocks and aged buildings. It's a neat sci-fi punk structure that is reminiscent of the 90s Tomorrowland with Rocket Rods.

GOTG:MB is great if you don’t like “show” on Disney attractions and like to bounce up and down to see glimpses of random incoherent non sense on 4K TV’s.

MISSION CHEAPOUT is the single worst addition to DCA since it's opening in 2001. I would've preferred Superstar over that garbage chute of a billboard industrial structure. It's fitting that $hapek was behind it because he's been nothing but TRASH to the park's thematic integrity.

Its Monsters Inc. replacement isn't all that interesting or memorable. It's flat out terrible when compared to the Tokyo ride.

I think we can all agree that Guardians of the Galaxy and the MCU deserves better attractions, even if you personally like MB. Give me a simulator flight through the Marvel galaxy. It doesn’t need to have characters besides an encounter with Thanos and Rocket as the pilot. Everything else can be generic Kree, Skrull, Nova Corps, etc. The other Guardians could be in the queue, but they don’t need to be on the ride.

But Rocket taking us across the cosmos would be a fun ride and would’ve been a great replacement for Star Tours.

Oh well, the Guardians of the Galaxy don’t even exist in the same shape they exist on the ride so it’s already all outdated.

I think we can all agree that Guardians of the Galaxy and the MCU deserves better attractions, even if you personally like MB. Give me a simulator flight through the Marvel galaxy. It doesn’t need to have characters besides an encounter with Thanos and Rocket as the pilot. At least Mission: Job feels like some effort was put into it (the queue). The Incredicoaster on the other hand is bottom of the barrel. They didn't even try.

I like Mission Breakout quite a bit more than the DCA version of ToT, which was vastly inferior to the WDW and Tokyo versions. If there was no history to the ride, and you just put these 2 rides side by side and asked patrons to be the judge, I’m guessing at least 75% would choose Guardians. It’s just more fun, more going on and more exciting. The queue, the Rocket pre-show. It’s just better.
I can’t velieve we are back to the constant DCA sucks years again. 90% of the posts on here are Disney sucks, DCA sucks..........
Get a new schtick or say something different or refreshing for a change. It’s boring and cliche by now.

That’s all anything needs to be: fun. If it’s fun, then it’s a success. Yeah Tower of Terror was fun but it had a compelling story and a timeless theme so who cares.

Correction: some effort was put into the first half of the queue. The second half of the queue (after the preshow) is just the ToT boiler room with some paint.
