I'm interested in experiencing MB, but the way the exterior looks:

Ok why do I like this picture? The angle? The fact that I don't see the surrounding area or Carthay in the foreground? What's going on here?

I suspect, as you noted, it's the lack of theme-clashing imagery in the shot, allowing the design to be viewed solely on it's own out-of-context merits. Looking forward to your in-person report.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to seeing it in person and reporting all of my complaints lol. But seriously that's what I think it is too. In and of itself I'll admit that it is looking better. I

Do you eat a lot of food and snacks at the park? Any can't miss foods we need to try?

I kind of stick to the favs. Fried chicken at the Plaza inn. Corn Dog at Red Wagon. Occasional Turkey Leg. I like the sweet beef skewers and pineapple / sausage skewers at Bengal BBQ. Rancho Del Zocalo has decent Gringo style Mexican food. All of the above are great by theme park standards except for the corn dog which is great by any standard. The best meal I've ever had at the park was the filet and lobster at Blue Bayou. It was pretty tasty and the ambiance can't be beat.

Unpopular opinion: I do not like the montecristo at Cafe Orleans at all. The filling to dough ratio is way off.

In all seriousness, thanks! We're trying Blue Bayou this time, and I'm pretty picky, so I hope I'll find something I like there. I don't think I'd like the Montecristo either. Ever try any of the cone items at the Cozy Cone? Like chilli in a cone, etc?
