Yeah ya don’t shoot it…you sip it.

Animals…

Anyway…this holiday thing for guardians is pretty cool. Might have to make a trip👍🏻

I actually find myself missing that ride 🎢
I think i was just trying to distinguish the bourbon and Coke and the straight bourbon. You are correct. There was no “shooting” of the bourbon.

Regardless of the ingestion method or speed thereof, the liquor (although more likely the “more front” seat placement) made the ride more enjoyable.

I agree about the songs - Conga seems to come closest. The pop song gimmick seems to work better in Mission Breakout, but so do a lot of things.

On that note - having finally done it in person, the preshows are really awful. One of the worst Disney has ever done and much more reminiscent of Universal back in the 90s. I really don’t blame people for wanting to skip it.
Line skip…got TFF the first time

Written and directed by the people who produced The Elder Scrolls series.

I’d argue that ride they built doesn’t belong in the other three parks either, not necessarily because it fits in Epcot, but because they tried to make it fit in Epcot.
I mean, Studios literally already has a “Remote outpost for the people from the movie” attraction as it is, so I think that’s all the more reason it would fit fine there.

Is it a good experience? Yes, if you don’t get sick.

Is it revolutionary? No.

Is it in the right park? No.

Is it worth the budget? IMHO no.
I doubt I'll ever ride it again. Preshows are horrid, line will likely always be long, no other big draw to Epcot besides Frozen Rat is just not worth the walk to it. .and it made me queezy for an hour or so. And it's just not that great. I wouldn't care if it played Master of Puppets, the music just doesn't make me not just want the ride to end.

Do you know if the rotation is a program that starts at the end of each brake, or is it finely controlled along the track, which I doubt.

Even though older... little saint nick would be awesome... then the jackson 5, elvis, then of course all of the classics .. they have soooooo many options.

Fully agree.

My thoughts:

The first part of the queue had me scratching my head - Why is this here? Apparently you have to be in that area for a while before you are "entertained" by it?

Upstairs part of the queue is rather ridiculous - way too much going on and it's overload (and over-done).

Pre-shows try to build towards something which never pays off, and the teleportation room is just silly. The upstairs queue and pre-shows are ... not very good. o_O

The ride itself is fine, as long as you don't get sick, as mentioned. Physically not something I'll likely do more than once per visit to Epcot, if I go back. It quickly loses the entire story that is trying to be told, or else you're so focused on other things that you lose it, which boggles my mind.

The music - I have no idea why people are gushing over the music. If you're riding this for the music, we're not going to be able to have a serious discussion about it.

But... a Christmas overlay!! That will fix everything...

This ride is a total blast from start to finish. My whole family thought so. Another friend and her party of 16 on a recent trip all thought so. Pretty surprised to hear so many people disliking it. Or actually…. I guess I’m not.
