I can't tell from the pictures but is the original path from Star Tours to Muppets closed off now?
If I had to guess, yes?

As others have said, yes.

Note all the new black walls that went up:

Those should be down in a few days. Those were the existing pathways, so they are now remodeling/replanting them to blend in with the entirety of Grand Ave. Should give it a much more open look vs when it was even SOA.
It's still an obnoxious dead end in a park full of dead ends that won't be resolved for over 2 years from now- but at least it's a prettier dead end.

Also noticed this. Might we finally be getting the fountain back in the next few days as well?

I'm guessing the selection of Beer/Wine will be fairly stagnate as those Menu's above the bar are not on screens. I hope they do mix it up once in a while with new brews.

From books to beer! The outdoor seating area is charming, now imagine 30 drunk parents saying horrible things to their kids who simply want to go on a ride and see Mickey Mouse. This new area is completely non-disney and looks like anyplace USA shopping/entertainment district. Sure, it will make money, but at what expense?

I don't drink. Hubby does.

I can easily see us sitting in here for a few minutes. Him enjoying a beer flight. Me enjoying a black cherry soda.

Our kids are adults now, but we're not yet grandparents, so no kids to "say horrible things to".

I think it looks awesome, and am sorry that we missed it by less than two weeks. I get that you're not impressed, but please - not everyone who drinks is a drunk; much like not everyone who steps inside a bar is a drinker.

I wish there were a few more snack items, but that's a tiny complaint.

Reminds me a bit of Hangar Bar at springs, or Abracadabar. Small spaces for hanging out with drinks. Though this seems to be the most limited food menu. That being said I still really like the theming, and will definitely check it out!
it is very Disney Springs like. Could easily have been put into The Landing.

No offensive but this isn't for kids. Its simply a place to catch your breath and have a brew. I love the idea, and I don't care a bit if it isn't "disney themed". I'll stop for 1 or 2 when I return to DHS. Shouldn't be much hate here as its really just a plus and its not replacing anything.

To be honest: I think they should add some items for kids, families, and those who don't like beer, alcohol, or crafted foods in this menu in the next few months :bored: who agrees with me?

It's a bar. Kids don't belong in bars. Won't stop parents from bringing kids in. But part of that problem is on Disney for not having some sort of signage calling it a 'bar'. Disney likes to coyly use 'lounge' or 'taphouse' to make it sound upscale but... it's a bar.

...it's called marketing. Space Mountain = roller coaster in dark upside down cone shaped building.
