When i get invites i will tell people that.....

Oh and thank you... The invite whent to my band director for a new email, better than hotmail.....

GMail is great... Its too bad people are complaining about security, etc (I'm not talking about people here... just rumors in general)... If you're that concerned about it, just don't use it- nobody is forcing you to use gmail.

In my opinion, I'd much rather google text ads than the flashy ones that hotmail, etc.. have...

alright
i think i might have my first gmail.com complaint...unless im just really blind and cant find it on my own...

I imported all of my email addresses from excite.com and that was a fair few...so i want to send out an email to everyone telling them about the change in email addresses... i cant find a way to do that without actually typing out every single email address on the "to" line...or by sending individual emails to everyone. can someone help me?

That's something i've always wondered too. I emailled them suggesting it would be a good idea. If it is possible to do that, I haven't found out! I need to send an email to a few people now so i'm going to try again, if I find out i'll post it.

EDIT: The only way I have found is to open the contacts page up and copy and paste the addresses. Although if you begin typing in the name, it should appear below, press enter and it will put it in.

When I do that it opens up a new window with a new message in, to the address I clicked on.

it is possable in gmail.....

in the address book.... it should be for adding one persion, but i think you can have more than one addy there.... just try and contact me tomorrow... it may or may not work... i know it works on most mail services....

oh i think i understand what you mean... create a "person" named group or something and then set up all the email addresses i want to contact?

I have 5 more invites if anyone wants one, just PM me. (I probably won't be online until late today/tomorrow though so if you don't get a reply today, i'll get back to you tomorrow).
