I was able to get in for an appointment Monday morning (1st time I've pulled the "pregnancy card" :king at 9:15, so hopefully I can get going on the meds.

So strange that I have this....it's not in my family. :shrug: But in looking at the symptoms, it does explain alot I suppose.

Just got a call from my doc, they got my bloodwork back. Apparantly, I have a "slightly sluggish thyroid" and need to see an endocrinologist in the next 2 weeks to start taking medication. And according to what I'm seeing in researching how it affects pregnancy, it increases your risk of the "m" word three-fold.
