Gah! Can't find my recipe box! :brick: It's not exactly easy to misplace either - it's the only basket from Longaberger I have. Is it bad that my first thought was 'what did the kids do with it?' :hammer:

That happens to all of us once in a while Joe. :)

Well my phone's been making me real mad lately...

so since its a blackberry with the "qwerty" keyboard... any key will automatically bring it to the phonebook based on what letter was pressed...

so... in the past month, I called my best friend's HOUSE phone twice at 7 a.m. on my way to work... but then like two weeks ago I called him at 2 a.m. on like a tuesday night cuz i fell asleep with my phone on my bed... and somehow i rolled over onto it...

so after that I just deleted his house phone out of my phone book because I don't really need it

well saturday night... I called his house at 3:30 a.m... he tells me the next day... turns out one time... IN MY POCKET... my phone put his number on speed dial on the letter "v" and so even though i deleted his number, it didn't delete his speed dial... I myself don't know how to set speed dials, but my phone did it for me, and so it called him saturday at 3:30 a.m...

never in my life have i felt worse about something...

not to mention when i looked at my speed dial list to delete his... 4 other numbers total had been entered in my speed dial list... one kid I haven't talked to since sophomore year of college, a pizza place right nearby work... a good chinese restaurant back home... and one of my best friends cell phone numbers... and then of course this kid's parents house being 5...

i need to remember to lock my phone!!!

I think I have the same phone. I have to lock mine, otherwise I do the same thing throwing the phone in my purse or in my coat pocket. I am not doing too good with the speed dialing I usually hit the wrong button and have to hang up really quick.

Hi Betty!

I'll never tell.....

Ummm...remember how I said my first thoughts are 'what did the kids do with it?'

For the future mommies on the thread.....trust your instincts.

Apparently someone was pretending to be an Egyptian and hiding her treasures in my recipe box. :hammer::hammer:

Just got a call from my doc, they got my bloodwork back. Apparantly, I have a "slightly sluggish thyroid" and need to see an endocrinologist in the next 2 weeks to start taking medication. And according to what I'm seeing in researching how it affects pregnancy, it increases your risk of the "m" word three-fold. :(

Hugs Steph!

Find out if it is medicine that you NEED to take right now or can you wait till after the baby..Hopefully it is such a slight chance and all will be okay.

I will be thinking and praying for you all..

edit: Okay..just read the link Dot gave and the medicine is needed..but it does say that you can have a happy and healthy pregnancy regardless of having this problem...Be strong Steph.I am sure it will al be okay!
