Games you play while in the park?

My friends/family often try the following:
- Find the family that's traveled the farthest to come to Disney; they often have the most interesting stories of how they traveled to WDW.
- Spot the "Princess Meltdown" waiting to happen; those little Boutique girls freaking out are to funny.
- Spot the chicken/crier kids in line for the thrill rides with Dad; it always seems to be the Dads that force the kids on those rides.
- Guess the actual wait time for various attractions; some are spot on, others waaaay off.

Food and Wine:
- Spot the "designated friend" in the group of drunks; there's normally one sober/less drunk person that tries to guide the rest of the group.
- Find the funniest group drinking shirt; some of them are not very "Disney-safe" but they can be hilarious.

We also sometimes play a savager hunt type game. Everyone gets a list of things to find for what ever park were at. When we find something on the list we take a picture of it. Some of the things on past lists: wait sign with less than 15 minutes on it, a smiling villain, character out of their normal costume, sleeping kid, a piece of trash on the ground, a cast member making a funny face, funny sign, a hidden mickey.

This isn't exactly a game, but more of a tradition that my friend's family does and she made me do it with her when we were in MK together and then I started doing it too. When we're on IASW we pick any three countries we want to visit and as we are riding through these countries we throw a penny in the water and make a wish. I know kinda dumb, but like I said, it's become a tradition which I try to do everytime I ride it.

Oh! Another one we like is "Spot the Crier", where we predict which unfortunate child is going to start crying in the stretching room of the Haunted Mansion. There's usually at least one.
LOVE this one! I believe my DD would have been a "victim" of your game the first time she went on. Don't remember if there were actual tears, but she was a complete wimp about it. Now she's old enough to be able to play along with this game and would probably be the one in our group to 'spot the crier.' Must try this game next trip!

Well, I love playing the "pretend there's no gravity and run slo-mo in the SM FP line," and there's also the "make the scared kid laugh on Dinosaur" game, but no trip is without the "ride BLSRS until you can't move your trigger finger so you ride SM to rest it and repeat all the while learning the names of all the CMs at both attractions and they let you stay on BL and take you the back way through SM to ride again." That's my favorite game of all!

Sometimes as I'm walking by people I'll just exclaim some crazy statement to whoever I am walking with so it sounds like we are having a bizarre conversation.

Like this: Walking along as we pass someone I say "....so not only did the dog somehow get tangled in the ceiling fan, but Dan ate 6 pounds of cheese I was saving for the party."

It amuses me to think that for the rest of the day those people are like "What in the WORLD is going on in that guy's life..."

My wife and I have a game we like to play. We each attempt to run over as many childless Disney-snobs with our childrens' stroller as we possibly can. If we graze them, it's a point. If it's a full-on steamroll, it's 2-points. And, for everyone we see come on this board and cry and whine and rant and rave about how Disney should ban all outside strollers, we like to fantasize that that was our doing and give ourselves 3-points.

It's a very fun game. You whiners should have some kids and try it. :ROFLOL:

That’s funny. I have a child, and I can safely say I have never whined about strollers in the park.
However I seem to get hit by those mobility scooter/power chairs all the time. I wouldn’t mind but I’m 6 feet tall and weigh about 200 lbs so it’s not like a small target.
Now I have a game where I count the number of times I get hit by a power chair and then record the gender of the driver. On my last trip the total was female 7, male 2.

I absolutely need to try this. Not only does it sound like fun to see people's reaction, but I will also have a blast coming up with totally ridiculous things to say. :ROFLOL:

Me and my sister have agreed to play a bathroom game while on our trip next month.. We are going to try to use every bathroom in each park. I have narrowed it to any restroom that is "not in a restaurant". So, any one that is out in the open, like across from Space Mountain, Main street next to city hall, near the exit at RnRC, etc... Don't ask me why, we just though of it.....

Anyone tried this??

I feel liek a horrible person, but its the only "game" we really play....

what my friends and i have done in past while we were waiting on the line for soarin' is that we would scare people.

this is done in the long line queue. there is a pretty high wall.. not super high.. but high enough where on myself or one of my friends while we stand in regular line one of us would duck down and when someone was walking down the fast pass line one of use would pop up and scare them. while anoher one of use would capture all the footage on tape. we actually get a good crowd of people watching us when we do it i guess we feel famous for the time being.

so if i scared anyone with this in the past i apologize but i hope you found some joy in it.

We like to hunt for Hidden Mickeys and also look for people we've seen in different parks during our trip.
Last trip, we saw the same father and son almost everyday...even when we went to Universal! It was so weird!
