Full POV video ride through of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

I posted this in another thread, but shouldn;t the DIG DIG DIG song transition to HIEGH HO? Watch the video, the first time through we get one song, and the next time through another, with no HIEGH HO on the second lift hill...

I noticed there are audio issues. The first time through the "dig, dig, dig" song doesn't play at the start of the mine but "hi,ho,hi,ho" does as you go up the second lift. And the second ride through its the opposite. Another video on here shows that both songs should play.
Glad I was not going nuts, i saw that too...

Yes, the earlier ride through (a page or two ago with people in the entire vehicle) has the audio working well with the proper transition. It looks like this more recent ride through was filmed earlier when they still hadn't worked out the adio properly (you even see a worker inside the cottage)

So, it looks like the ride is about 2:30-2:35 minutes based on the ride through with the cottage scene. I wouldn't be surprised if they pause the vehicle a little longer there (or slow it down and really inch along) than shown since you barely get a chance to see Snow dancing.

The cottage scene seems a little anti-climatic compared to the higher quality of the dwarfs in the mine. I feel like they maybe shoudl have had the back of the house "cut away" so you could view the scene better. I think the way they did the witch was pretty good though.

OMG! I'm in love! This ride is stunning. It looks so beautiful! And
I LOVE the witch! WOW! I'm so excited to see this in person!

I do wish the back seats got better views of the characters at the end though.

I bet this will be even better at night! Especially looking into the cottage!

I see the cottage scene as a 'bonus'. It's like decorating the exit ramp of the attraction. It's there giving guests something to look at during the final brake/hold.

I would hope they open with enough time for us lowly Seasonal AP passholders to get up there to see it before we are blocked out on June 7. I'm going for Mother's Day weekend and would love a Passholder Preview during that time! Please please please!

Extremely well done! Everyone knew this would be a mild-mannered coaster, but it looks like it may have a surprise or two for those who may underestimate its thrill-factor (still mild, but not ho-hum).

Also, far exceeds expectations in the storytelling and animatronic department. It looks like they have spared no expense here and really attempted to make this something special (aside from the longer track design that some have written about).

You can argue that they should have built "x" or they should have done "y," and you may have a point. But I don't see how you can say that they mislead us into thinking this coaster would be something it is not. I think they actually surprised us by making it something MORE special.

Now. . . let's move on to DHS and Epcot please, WDI. You've got some work to do. Make it as nice as this (but a heck of a lot more substantial), and those virtual turnstiles will be turning beyond your wildest dreams!

I am now officially excited about this. It's going to take multiple rides to catch all the detail. I'll be headed that way May 17.

It seems to me that that there are two show scenes you may get. One ride through you get the dig dig dig right away moving towards the Hi Ho. Another video I saw you could hear individual dialogue from the dwarfs (sneezy sneezing...Happy speaking, sleepy snoring....Grumpy grunting....Doc admiring the stones) and then Doc beginning Hi Ho!

That was what I was thinking as well. I thought they were two separate possible scenes, because in the first video I watched, they were all singing along to Dig Dig Dig, but in the other, they were doing other things. Seems like, if intended, adds a touch of re-ride to it.

I like this possibility. . . As more people ride, this will get confirmed.

Have not watched the video because I want to be as surprised as possible... will be there May 18-21 so hopefully it's open by then!

NO, the talking of the characters is supposed to play while the DIG DIG DIG song plays, then as you get near the end Doc is supposed to signal the HIEGH HO song, that plays as you go up the lift hill... You can see doc saying HEIGH HO in the video... they must be working on timing issues.

Thanks for repeating exactly what the website has already posted. Now go and watch the video of the full ride through and tell me that it is as "immersive" as other attractions. And I'm talking about attractions like Splash, or BTMRR, which took roughly the same amount of time to build (and probly less money) and have waaaaaaay more theming. The mine scene is AWESOME, but that's it. I'll take Splash any day over this.
Im sorry but I don't agree. The theming of the mountain is impeccable. It looks wonderful for what it is.
