Frozen ride replacing Maelstrom?

Technically, I guess Norway could come back in quickly and make a deal. But it doesn't sound like Disney has any anticipation of that happening.

There is something to what you said, I cant say much at this time, but there has been movement with possible new support taking shape, thanks to those news stories on Norwegian television. As for Frozen and Maelstrom I do not know either way at this point,,,but there is a chance Norway somehow in someway might be saved. When able I will elaborate on more. Optimistic here is the key word and for the first time in years there is strong optimism in place coming together.

ps: I really do hope this comes to pass, its the last chance.

The only support from this NOT happening is if Norway funds. I don't see a compromise in the works. I'm not the biggest fan of Maelstrom but I'm certainly against a Frozen overlay here too. Is there not a Change petition (rolling eyes) or some way to voice or support in keeping Norway, Norway?

Thanks for the info. Any rumors on what a new Frozen plan would entail if the Norway overlay is scrapped?

I am one of the few guests who stays to watch the Spirit of Norway film. Although it is quite dated (e.g., 80s fashion, computers), I find it to be very endearing.

Personally, I feel like no matter what happens were going to see Frozen in Maelstrom, but hey you never know
