Thankfully they don't have the rights to Marvel in Orlando or else we would get an on the cheap Captain America Adventure
AMEN!

Not even close, further proving my beliefAnd now we descend into the "No True Scotsman" logical fallacy.
what is a "true disney fan" anyway?Only evidence I can see is World Showcase loosing it's identity and morphing into more of a Magic Kingdom. Disney finally decides to incorporate a hit movie into the parks while it is still hot and the possibilities are endless but what do they do? Take the cheapest route possible and it's met with thunderous applause and joy from the uninformed masses. Don't know if I'm more disappointed in TWDC or the people who call themselves true Disney fans.

Um...
Note the bold part. It seems that you're implying that anyone who approves of this isn't a "true" Disney fan, or is a Disney fan in name only. If that's an incorrect reading, let me know and please enlighten us as to what you were getting at.
Don't really need to wait.Exactly. Since NONE of us here can predict the future, let's actually wait until everything is finished before we start claiming how horrible the new Maelstrom is.
This exactly sums it up. I don't understand why it's difficult to understand why some people don't like this idea. It's been spelled out by a number of people. If you like the idea that's fine. It's your right to an opinion.Don't really need to wait.
Shoving another cartoon into Epcot is bad enough. One as large and valuable - as this IP apparently is - deserves its own purpose built area with a top-notch ride designed especially for it to boot.
But it's perfectly fine that the rumors area of the forum runs virtually completely on a fickle minority jearing at every single decision that the company makes.Ah, yes, a fickle minority. Perfect back up for a well conceived argument.
Around here, it is someone who loves Disney so much that he rails that the company never does anything right.what is a "true disney fan" anyway?
If the decision made by the company is a poor one, its not jearing. But it's perfectly fine that the rumors area of the forum runs virtually completely on a fickle minority jearing at every single decision that the company makes.
That logic seems a bit circular. If the decision made by the company is a poor one, its not jearing.
I could make it more linear or cite specific examples if thats easier for you. That logic seems a bit circular.
Never does anything right? I wouldnt say that, just severely mismanaged. (in Orlando)Around here, it is someone who loves Disney so much that he rails that the company never does anything right.
Sadly, only a few recognize this mentality. Others need to "wait and see" how it turns out. Turds usually turn out brown. I can take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I got spare time. They'd rather shoehorn it into an existing building then actually build something new. It's a shame they have that mentality. But yet they had ideas to build a Princess grope there. Amazing what the priorities are.
