Pro-Tip: There's a lounge space in Columbia Harbour House with better views and period approriate theming as well! And you don't have to go into debt for it!

I have a very, very vivid memory from when I was a kid of sitting up there eating chicken tenders with my siblings and cousins, looking out the window over Liberty Square. I remember it being super cozy up there.

With the de-theming of the Main Street stores and new themed areas being locked behind timeshares, I wonder how much longer spaces like the Columbia Harbor House will last.

This is a beautiful renovation.

This shows Disney can do a great renovation when they really want to.

Thankfully, condescension comes standard with all contracts—even resales! And it transfers to a Disneyland trip, too, without any restrictions! I even looked down on people at DLP but I don’t think they knew why.
Yeah but in California you have to pay the transient tax on your elitist room. Takes away some of the condescension. 😢

That looks wonderful, and I'm sure that the DVC crowd will love it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to find a short wall in the shade somewhere to sit on and drink my warm $10 bottle of Coke.
Just keep in mind, the DVCers paid A LOT to get their "free" Coke; DVC contract, annual dues....

I don't think they get enough for their $$, tbh. I think all but one restaurant in every park should be DVC only. The rest of us get to line up for 4 hours at places like Tortuga Tavern and Sunshine Seasons. /s
The ROI has waned in the last 10 years that we've owned points. This will be our last trip in May for at least 2-3 years. We'll be renting next years points out for the first time ever.
