Well, WHF and I have a membership to a local fitness center and I've been walking for 30 minutes about once a week on a treadmill. I haven't lost much, if anything, but I haven't gained anything either...so that's good. I need to eat less crap if I'm going to loose the weight, but I don't like eating salads, so that's out to help the weight come off.Trust me... that's muuuuuuuuch better than nothing...
i was a lazy bum for 4+ years... a brisk 45 minutes every now and then woulda done me wonders
