Hi Dot! And thanks. I'm pulling for me too! I just hope I'm in the top 10. I knew I'd be in the top 30 like they originally said they were gonna do...but then they changed it to top 10 and I feel a lot less confident! And I heard that on Friday right after I left work...so imagine feeling less confident all weekend. Just stewing over it. :lol:

Yes...it's based on the radio station's decision. I'm really hoping my "experience" helps me in this instance. I have so much more than so many of the people who sent in audition tapes. So it's out of my hands which makes it even worse for me! :lol:

Oh, and speaking of BC... are you a Joe girl, or a Steve girl? I've heard there's a stark division among fans.

I'm a Steve girl... he's on the dorky side.

Blues Clues started the year Abby was born; it always cracked me up at how hyper and excited Steve was when they first started, and how mellow he got by the time he left. :lol:

we start speech this week..she has this thing with her tongue and its always out..esp when she talks so we are goona work on that..

Yay for Speech! I was a stutterer when I was little, so I had more than a few years of speech therapy. It had to do with my brain thinking faster than i could speak. :lol:

I agree with the Joe/Steve thing. But the kiddies like them, so that's what matters. Doodlebops aren't so bad, their music is kinda catchy. My favorite part is watching the little ones dance and sing when they do the 'live show'.

I actually LOVE children's TV.. I practically majored in it, in college. So most "perkyness" doesn't bother me too much. But I may change my tune when working with only a few hours of sleep with a cranky kiddo.

That would probably be an interesting thing to research...since I think we both graduated with a very close degree...if I ever go back to school and had to write a research paper on something about the media...that would probably be it.
