I saw on another site that the Free Dining Plan is back for August 13 - September 30. Does anyone know if you can get this deal if you check in on the 30th? This deal might be our only chance to take a trip to the world this year! I hope so!

What site did you see this on?!?!?!?! I will be so happy if that is the case...I just booked my trip but if i can get the free dining again this year I will be estatic. I think the rule is that your trip has to be over by the last day of the offer, i.e. Sept 30. You can always ask though. Doesnt hurt to try

Mousesavers! I just saw it a little while ago so it was just posted sometime this afternoon! The wording on this site says vacations starting with those dates so I am hoping that is the case. April 1st for Disney Visa holders and April 4th for Gen. Public! Hope this helps you!

this is the greatest news I have ever in my life heard... like seriously, thats UNREAL if they really offer that again. My girlfriend and I went the past two years, she's a big Disney fan, but not a diehard like myself, so she was thinking maybe of trying to save money and doing something smaller, but if they offer that again... SIGN ME UP!!!

If this is really true, then I have a conundrum.........

Stick with the ressie I have with a discounted rate, or switch hotels, pay rack rate and eat like a pig!

April Fools? Nope!
Mousesavers talks about this as a special deal for Disney Visa card members to receive April 1st before it goes to the public April 4th! So I read this as "Open to the public" as in everyone can get it. Hopefully Pam will chime in on this thread and give us more insight!

Someone want to explain what this means?

Bascily Lefty, Last year they gave this offer which allows you a free dining plan with the purchase of the Magic Your Way Package. No one thought they would do this again! This means you get what would have cost per day Adult DP = $37.99 and Child 3-9 DP $10.99 for FREE. For my family of 2 Adults and 2 girls under 9 that saves us $97.96 per night of stay! And the DP is well worth it! There have been many threads on the DP worth.

In past years we ate minimal, shared food, and had very few snacks and tried to keep it $100 per day. With the DP at roughly $100 per day last year we ate at character dinners/buffets and really nice restaurants that we could never afford for the same price and when I added up all the receipts we averaged about $150 per day on the actual price plus got snacks as well!
Look into it!

No Problem! Glad to help! I am hoping we can take advantage of this offer as well! We have had so many problems this year and our money is like so thin, but this deal is possibly our only chance to get this Disney crazed family back to the world and keep are yearly tradition going (which just started in 03:lol: )

How many days are you staying = 100's of dollars saved?

Hi there!! I Am not sure if Pam is awake yet, but will I do?? Yes this offer is totally for real. I dont mess with offers like this!!! The offer currently is for Visa Card members only, it will open to the General Public on 4/4/06. Travel Dates were correct as above between 8/13/06 and 9/30/06. You must book this offer by 6/4/06. I know Kingdom Konsultants are all up to date with this information and can book our clients. I am not sure what other travel agencies are doing as far as this offer goes. I can tell you I did this offer last October and it is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesnt get any better than this folks!!! Please feel free to contact the office at 1866-566-7858 or one of the Konsultants by e mail via the main page of this site to book this offer for your group. My direct E mail is in my signature. Belle

Hello again Belle! thanks for responding on this. Could you help me with my initial question? Can I book a trip on like the 30th of Sept. and go 5 nights or so and still get the Free DP? I am technically arriving on the 30th which is the last day of the offer.

Thanks, Keith

I dont see why not. My trip last year overran the dates by a few days and it was extended to include all of my days. Belle

This would be great and this is what we will shoot for! I understand the last day to book this offer is 6-4-06 and I also understand that this offer may run out but I am going to have to wait and see if we can do this. So I may call you ar Pam later! Thanks again Belle!

One other question: do you know if they have ever said that the AP holders can get the Dining Plan and thus the Free Dining Plan offer?

I think you can cancel without losing any money up to 45 days before the trip.

There are numerous threads floating around here with more specifics on the dining plan but to answer your question....there are very few limits on where you can eat. Disney claims there are 100+ places you can eat on prorperty but i havent counted. The Dining Plans is one of the best deals you will ever find.....ever. It saves soooo much money and you get to eat like a pig...lol. Also, there is a wealth of info on http://wwww.allearsnet.com Hope this helps.
