Doesn't matter for me, 40% off deal at BC saves me tons more than free dining could. :D

I would be happy with the 40% off code right now, but free dining would save my over a thousand dollars! We are going the second week in Oct so we will miss out unless they extend it or something.

We're going in Sept. so that would be perfect if we were able to get it! C'mon, I need some magic dust to help me out! :D

I just got the pin too!!! This is the second pin I've gotten in 3 months and have never gotten one before then when I actually needed one. Maybe we will be going to Disney this year after all:)

I also received a free dining code from 8-16 to 10-01-09. I would love to use it, jut a little concerned about the weather that time of year. We would have to go in August before school started. Not so concerned about the heat/humidity but the possibility of a tropical storm. I would hate to get so excited only to be completely rained out.

This is the first pin that I have received. I also received an invitation to something that Disney Vacation Club is doing at a local mall the end of February. Not sure what that is all about.

Have they ever released a pin for this time of year with the free dining? I know it is usually available for bounceback then Disney Visa Cardholders then to the general public around April 12th (ish)

After our trip last year late August/early September when we came home we had a code for the rest of October - December where they extended it but not for the general offer.. ??

*To the poster that asked about weather, it is very hot with rain showers/thunderstorm lasting about 30 minutes or so when we have been 2007 & 2008 (late August) You are always taking the chance of tropical storms/hurricaines but it has never affected our trip. :wave:

We got it too. Lets see that makes three pin codes in about the last month and a half. #1 email 40% off, #2 Post card kids free, #3 email free dining. We have never received so many before. The mouse is really trying to part us from our money. Very tempting........

Noone knows, and Disney isn't telling.

Your best bet is to make sure you're signed up for disney.com, your snail mail and e-mail addresses are up to date, check all the boxes for "yes, send me special offers", and request a new vacation planning DVD (making sure to tell them when you're thinking of going when you order it. I said I was looking at June, and voila, a month later I got a PIN code email for Free Dining in May & June)

What KIND of "free dining"? In other words, what are the details? Quick service dining? Table service? Depend on resort?

Man, I wish I would get a PIN... probably the only way we'd go is with free dining...

Its just free all around. You get a package and you don't have to pay for the dining plan.
