I have a Nov/Dec reservation for the Grand Floridian Sugar Loaf club level; I called to see if I could add the free dining, but our room category is not available for the free dining. Since we're getting a AAA discount, and already have APs, we're probably doing just as well.

okay so I am totally cornfused! (It doesnt take much sometimes!!!)

We are already booked for 8 nights at All star Movies... We have the regular dining plan, Can we get this or not with staying at the All star Movies? I guess what I am asking is, can we pay the difference between the Quick service and the regular dining plan!?

If there's availability, you should be able to switch to this new deal. You can pay the difference between quick service and regular. You will still save a fortune.:)

That was a pin code you received. Lucky you! Many people want those pin codes. :)

What you typed here, is actually a slightly different offer. Yours says if you stay at a moderate resort, you get the quick service plan, and a deluxe resort, you get the regular plan.

With this Disney Visa offer, you get the quick service plan at a value resort, and the regular plan at moderate and deluxe resorts.

If you are staying at a moderate, and have a Disney Visa, I'd call and try to switch your package to this new offer.:)

Oh, this is so tempting!!! We just got back on Tuesday from a three day trip and kept saying we wished we'd had more time! And I've never done the DDP before, mostly because we never eat enough to justify it (we kept track this last time of how much we spent on food -- including snacks -- and it never added up to the daily cost of the DDP), so this would be awesome!

Will this work if i'm already booked with AKL with my DVC points?

No, sorry, None of these offers are really directed at or designed for DVC members booking stays on points. If you want to pay for resort accomodations (Home away from Home at the DVC properties or a standard resort type) as well as at least the one day base ticket, you would certainly qualify for this offer. Well, even with losing the AAA discount, we will still save a bunch of $$ with free dining, so I guess we'll be going with that. Unless something else better comes along I guess... From the wording of the deal, it does look like it will be available to the general public after the 26th though.

This really is a great deal and a great time to go (Nov/Dec). We went last year on this deal and it actually got too COLD on a couple of nights, if you can believe that! During the day was wonderful though.

Now I'm just wondering how long this deal will extend into 2010 .. I have to imagine it'll go until about April but that's just a guess.

I am not sure on that one as the deal for that time frame for last year was the Buy 4 Get 3 so you never know!!! I do have to agree that the holiday season is truly one of the most beautiful times of the year to visit Disney. Belle

I am a little bummed about this since I booked for September to get the free dining. I would have much rather went the end of October into November.
However, we are at a value, so I guess I got the better dining plan.
Hopefully we will have an awesome time in September.

I am glad Disney is offering more times for this to people though, I am sure it helps out alot with people's vacations.

Unfortunately, reservations made with points do not qualify. You must book a package with resort accomadations and at least a one day ticket.to get the free dining.
