Im sure there must be something I could contribute to his discussion.

Why is it called football when you use your hands?

The best thing about cheerleading, is it gives bimbos an after school activity. And keeps them all in one place, though with that level of vacuous space there is a risk of a black hole.

Lets face it if American Footballers are so big and tough why do they wear pads? Thats something women do surely?

Canada....its just America lite.

America is a great country its the locals that are the problem

The world series is called that because the folk that follow the game have that level of understanding of global awareness.

Aussie rules was a development on rugby designed to be played by a population that got there due to their inability to follow rules.

Have I missed anyone?
All excellent points Mr Sak. I'll have our Prez send you a courtesy bow! :D

An over-arrogant misnomer at best...

World champions of "American Football"... Certainly nothing to be proud of...

Canadian football at least requires some skill. And of course the vast majority of the world considers "Football" to mean an entirely different sport.

lol Canadian Football thats funny.

The CFL you mean the league where NFL washouts go to play.

Typical European attitude, you do realize if it wasn't for the US you would be speaking German today. You hate on America until Europe is at war with itself and you need us to rescue you. Ww1,WW2 and not following British rule seems to be popular.

I knew there was a reason we kept you around. :D
Obviously not all cheerleaders are "bimbos," but I doubt there are too many people who can say that that stereotype exists for no reason. Nothing ruins a day in the parks quite like having to be there while there's a cheer/twirl/dance competition or whatever.

Umm try the AFL2 for washed up players end up. Last weekend we had former NFL quarterback Jared Lorenzen in town to quarterback a tem afgainst our local AFL2 team. Check the rosters I think a lot of the teams have some former NFL players... But then again in my opinion anyone who plays any level of professional sports is in a lot better shape than a lot of us who are not athletes. No Back to the topic. I really would mind if these cheer leading teams were from colleges ;)

Ugh....hockey...nothing but soccer on ice played by folks with short tempers.
:snore:

I had a chip implanted in my brain to reject anything related to hockey or soccer or any of their variants (rugby, field hocky, water polo, etc).

Same thing for me. Mine's default is "Reject anything involving large violent men playing any kind of sport that involves physical activity".

If I didn't love you, I would have to fly to the UK and kick your butt..............my daughter is a cheerleader and not a bimbo and a dimbulb.

Are you referring to Rugby, Aussie Rules, Soccer or actual Canadian Rules footbal vs. American Football. If you're refering to American vs. Canadian football, there isn't much difference to think Canadian requires more skill. But you certainly don't think American football requires no skill do you?! That's absurd.
Any sport that hires "Refrigerator" Perry and considers such a lard-butt a "Star" of the game can't be all good, can it? Besides, my Grandmother could get 10 yards in four downs... And she's deceased these twenty years!

CFL: Bigger field, bigger balls!

If everything is better in Canada why didnt Walt put Disneyland , WDW or any of the other parks in Canada. Then you have to bring your rear to the USA to come to Disneyworld. If you do not like our country dont come to it. Dont insult my country.
Good gracious, get a sense of humour boy! [see below]

Monty, you have full permission to mock anything about America from me.

*Fills out Form B73-DEFC certifying an American Citizen has declared that the Canadian Citizen in question can mock anything "American" with full immunity. Signed by a Certified Comedian of American Citizenship, EpcotServo*
Thank you kind and gracious American neighbour!

All he was saying is he doesn't like American Football, not that he doesn't like the US.
Again: Thank you kind and gracious American neighbour!

In fact, I have the greatest respect for your country and its people. :D

lol Canadian Football thats funny.

Talk to Flutie... NFL wouldn't let him play, came here, proved his value on a bigger field with fewer downs to work with then went back as a star. Most American players take two or three seasons here to build the endurance to play a real football game. The only advantage the NFL has over the CFL is you silly Americans pump ridiculous amounts of money into the league so players can make much more playing your inferior game.

Typical European attitude, you do realize if it wasn't for the US you would be speaking German today. You hate on America until Europe is at war with itself and you need us to rescue you. Ww1,WW2 and not following British rule seems to be popular.
Funny how American takes credit for "winning" two wars they were late getting to... :lol: {BTW I do speak German today... As well as Russian Serbo-Croatian, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and about twelve other languages...}

Don't get me wrong, I've served alongside some of the finest military personnel from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada and was proud to have the opportunity. The sacrifices all of our respective countries' fighting men and women have made to the cause of freedom should never be taken lightly. But really, get yourself a sense of humour too, OK? :animwink:

Screeching Cheerleaders or the Velociraptors from the Jurassic Park movies? They both sound the same to me.

One late night while leaving Epcot;

Cheerleader: *overly excited* "OMG gang... lets do a cheer on the bus!!!"

Me: *mumbles* "Dear god, lets not." :dazzle: :lookaroun

Cheerleader: *glares at me*

Me: *glares back*

:lol::lookaroun
LMAO, thats awsome, but i think you played it wrong

step back, stair, :animwink:,, is there a bed gilf anywhere?

Monty just a response to you. Im not going to attack you haha =P. But CFL is fun, but nothing compared to the nfl. A kid i played ball with who played D1 college football for a cpl years, but was not good enough for the nfl is playing in the cfl. The talent level is so much different. =/ NFL is like nothing else it is amazing. Draft is tomorrow wahooo!!!!

Oh dear, now given two of my kids were born in Germany I must have missed your point caller and speak a little German and Italian, though its 15 years since I returned to the UK and Im rusty and often confuse the two. I do realise however that many servicemen would be alive today were it not for the money offered to murderers from your neck of the woods in particular, to support some cause their great grandfathers neighbours cat belonged to.

And as has been said

WW1 - Late
WW2 - Late (and certain sections of US society siding with the box heads)
Live Aid - Late wed fed them by the time Quincy wrote a note.

Then look what happens when we leave you to your own devices.

Lets be honest your only upset because you realise you are inferior. But then given the disproportionate impact of Gods country and its small population, who isnt?

As for Cheerleaders, Im sorry if I upset you, but really you should be angry at the people who read my post out to you.

No question NFL gets better talent, they have more money. I honestly believe the CFL has a better, more exciting game because of the rules and the larger field and balls. Now, if I could convince the NFL to switch to our rules and enlarge all their stadiums... Or just give us the money to attract the talent...

The actual game-play of the CFL is a much more exciting and far less predictable game than the NFL game could ever be.

HHhhhmmmmm... :lookaroun

Maybe it's the bookies and odds-makers that keep you guys playing the rules you play?

How did this thread drift from the Cheerleading World Championships to the World vs. USA?

Wow:hammer:

It was only a post to warn or advise that the "older" cheerleaders are in town. Sorry for the potential start to WWIII
